Qualification :

• Maximun Age 27 yars old.
• Candidate must posses as least bachelor’s Defree in Design Manufacture or equivalent
• GPA minimum 3.50 out of 4,00 (Cumlaude).
• At las 1 years of working experience in the automation field (Fresh Graduate are welcome).
• Required skill : Autodesk inventor, CAM program, CNc Machine.
• Able to speak english.
• willing to be placed in Surabaya(Margomulyo).

Job Description :

• Making Design, selecting pats, developing project related to mechanical system.
• Analyze mechanical desgn start from paying attention to durabillity, quality, preventive, and safety.
• Monitor the production or assemlby of parts and install them info machines.

2. Marketing Export Staff

Qualification :

• Entitled as the best graduate from any university, or having national or international achivements (advantage).
• Maximum age 27 years old.
• Bachelors defree in Management, marketing or equivalent.
• GPA minimum 3.50 out of 4.00(Cumlaude)
• At least 1 years of working experience in the marketing (fresh Graduate are welcome).
• Required Skills: Microsoft office, Presentation skill, market Resarch, Marketing analysis, Marketing Strategy.
• Passionat and knows well automative industry, familiar in handling export procsses in manufacturing will be a plus point.
• Have a good communicatin and negotiation.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).
• Willing to travel abroad.
• Willing to be placed in Margomulyo,Surabaya.

Job Description :

• Build a good relationship with customers (by email, call, and etc).
• Visit customer (America, Middle east, Asia and etc).
• Manage export documents.
• Market analysis.

3. Marketing Staff

Qualification :

• Entitled as the best Graduate from any university, or having national or international achievements is a big advantage.
• Maximum age 27 years old.
• Bachelors defree in management marketig accountancy or equavalent.
• GPA minimum 3,50 out of 4,00(Cumlaude).
• At least 2 years of working experience in the automatin field (fresh graduate are welcome).

• Detail oriented.
• Fluent in English (mandatory).

Job Description :

• Identify and record quality problems.
• Manage marketing documents.
• Market analyis.

4. IC Supervisor

Qualification :

• Graduate from reputable university preferably Bachelor degree in industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics.
• Minimum GPA 3.50 aot of 4.00 (Cumlaude)
• Entited as the Best Graduate from any unversity, or achieved 1st, and 3rd place in a national level competition.
• Having experience in the related field is requred for this position (Preferably from manufacture Company)

Job Description :

• Culcuate and analyze meterial purchases.
• Release and Control PR until the material arrives
• Controlling the expenditure of daily production needs
• Reviewing the amount of material buffer every quarter.
• Report stock availability.

5. Talent Management

Qualification :

• Entitled as the best gratuate from any universty or having national or international achievement is a big advantage.
• Bachelors degree in industrial engineering psychology, or HR Managment from a reputable university.
• GPA minimum 3,50 out of 4,00 (Cumlaude).
• Maximum 30 years old.
• At least 2 years of working experience in people development and training.

• Production analysis ( Proses Improvement).
• Workshop.
• Evaluate and improve production prosess for increase productivity.
• Poka yoke system.
• Create plane and monitoring the shop floor priject (shop floor Management).
• Identify improve and implement kaizen related to safety ( Safety improvement).

7. Assitant Manager QA

Qualification :

• Graduate from reputable university preferably Bachelor degree in machinical/Electrikal Engineering.
