1. Management Trainee – Operations
Description :
- We are looking for a Management Trainee that requires collaborations with different department heads and team members. Zalora Management Trainee Program is designed to groom dynamic graduates with passion for being part of our middle management and project leaders and for rapid growth within Zalora. This role will rotate in Head Office Gatot Subroto & Warehouse Bekasi
Responsibilities :
- Deep dive in addressable market research and strategize on data gathering and analysis
- Involve in Project Management and development of business case
- Assist in the development of actionable business plans, establish appropriate reporting mechanism
- Working in multi department in Operations such as Production, Customer Service,
- Fulfillment and etc
Requirements :
- Attentive to detail
- Entrepreneurial
- Master Degree from reputable university
- Minimum 2 years working experience in operations field
- Fluent in English
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
2. Customer Service Assistant
Responsibilities :
- Identify and assess customers’ needs based on past interactions to exceed customers’ expectations
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Utilize excellent customer service skills and take over escalated calls/walk-ins when needed
- Able to escalate unresolved queries and redirect problems to correct resources when needed
- Ensure proper recording, documentation, and closure
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Recommend procedure improvements and work on implementation
Requirements :
- While we prefer someone with a degree, it’s not essential as we are looking for someone with a vibrant personality to handle our customers

3. Operations Trainee
Responsibilities :
- Learning in-house systems and work closely with managers in all related departments to understand the specific management perspectives and company policies
- Receives training and performs duties in assigned projects
- Analyze and monitor performance progress of assigned projects
- Initiate ideas to improve Zalora’s overall business improvement of assigned projects
Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Mining/Mineral) from reputable university preferred with minimum GPA : 3,50.4,00
- Fluent English communication skill is required
- Have strong commitment, a dynamic and result driven type of person, ambitious and high level of enthusiasm and great project management skills
- Strong interest and understanding of retail and fashion industry, warehouse system and management
- Strong understanding of MS Excel (pivot tables, functions, etc) is preferred
- Able to work independently, as well as in a team
- Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
4. Executive Customer Experience
Responsibilities :
- Extract, analyze, and monitor quantitative customer experience metrics from multiple data sources using various business intelligence tools
- Gather qualitative customer feedback via research methodologies like surveys, interviews, and usability tests
- Conduct market and competitor analysis on trends and opportunities in e-commerce
- Relay actionable insights to relevant stakeholders in engaging and digestible formats – whether with tools and systems, reports, dashboards, or presentations
- Collaborate with other departments in formulating strategies to improve customer satisfaction across the entire shopping journey
- The rally, lead, and coordinate project teams to implement the resulting process improvements or to build new tools or product features
- Interface with both commercial (Buying, Marketing) and technical (Operations, Web Design, Engineering)
Requirements :
- Bachelors’ or Masters’ degree from a reputable university
- At least 2 years of experience in consumer insights, data analysis, strategy/consulting, or project management
- Analytical and critical thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled at managing multiple cross-functional projects at a time
- Experienced with leading diverse teams whose members are not under his/her direct supervision
- Strong background in Excel and PowerPoint
- Working knowledge on technical/analytical toolkits such as SQL, GA, Tableau
5. Logistic Manager
Responsibilities :
- Develop and continuously refine distribution strategy balancing use of in-house delivery fleet (Zalora Delivery Express, ZDEX), existing delivery partners and new partners to improve customer experience and lower costs
- Manage day to day operations and build processes supporting cost efficiency and high customer satisfaction
- Manage relationships and build robust business processes with external delivery partners
- Innovate use of external partners to build better customer experience
- Optimize strategic value of ZDEX, currently present in JABODETABEK, Bandung, Denpasar, Surabaya
- Develop the distribution organization and ensure high focus on people development
- Create transparency on department performance by reporting on both financial and non-financial KPIs, and push for ever more efficient operations
- Drive implementation of continuous improvement agenda with the aim to develop world class operations
- Ensure highest HSSE standards to ensure the workspace is safe and zero accidents

Requirements :
- You have an outstanding ability to lead, drive change and motivate people
- You have education from top ranked Indonesian or international universities with excellent academic results
- You have >5 years relevant work experience from leading companies in the Operations industry or top consulting firms. Candidates with international experience or work experience from international companies preferred
- You have excellent analytical skills and great attention to detail
- Experience in developing and implementing operational process to ensure robustness, controls, speed and cost efficiency
- Experience with the 3PL industry in Indonesia, preferably from both 3PL and user side
- Strong negotiation skills, its in your DNA to don’t leave anything on the table
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) - A dynamic personality, high level of enthusiasm and commitment
- You speak native Bahasa and fluent English
- You are excited to work in a multicultural and high pace environment
6. Crossborder Supply Chain Associate Manager
Responsibilities :
- Shipment Planning & follow up
- HS codes verification
- Manage the end-to-end import process both B2B and B2C shipment
- Manage inbound shipment, customs declaration and clearance, and other required documents for imports clearance
- Work closely with 1st mile 3PL and arrange the pickup in overseas
- Maintain Import cost according to the Company budged
- Lead Process Improvement and Cost Saving initiatives
- Partners invoicing management
Requirements :
- Bachelor degree in any major
- At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Hold PPJK certificates would be an advantage
- Strong in Microsoft excel and data analytics
