• Cenceptualize, develop, execute and evaluate marketing campaigns
• Collaborate and coordinate across multiple marketing functions, including social media, copywriting & creative, customer relations and project manager
• Ensure smooth and timely execution of campaign
• Generate new ideas and drive continual development of marketing campaigns

Requirements :

• Final yea/fresh graduate majoring in marketing/communciation/related major
• Have an understanding and/or appreciation of Marketing, Branding and Communication
• Interest in the fashion/lifestyel industry

Job Descriptions :

8. Account Executive (Sales & Business Development)

Job Description :

• Build sales plan and define strategy to grow on sales account (customer)/ external sales channel (such as e.g commercial & brand partnership, distributorshup, reseller, consignmeni, offime/ online sales opportunity)
• Understand company’s branding, vision and product (knowledge and potential)
• Manage account on daily basis (existing and new)
• Create new account/ opportunity
• Discuss closely with strategic commuttee to evaluate and discuss ongoing potential / new strategy to reach company goal and target, as weli improving account’s performance

Requirements :

• A Bachelor degree in management/ marketing/ other related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience as Account Executive/ sales related department, preferabiy from beauty industry/ retail/ FMCG industry/ e-commerce
• Have knowledge and interest in skincare/ beauty/ Nitestyle industry
• Good analytical skilts, negotiation skills, and project management skills
• Familiar with various sales channel (distribution, reseller, partnership, store, etc)
• Great communication and teamwork skill
• Able to work with target

9. Brand Manager

Job Descriptions :

• Responeaibie for ensuring the company’s product and brand resonates  with a current ar potential customer . – Develop brand and marketing Initiative / activation
• Dulid and strengthen brand Image. brand awareness and brand loyaity
• Develop and manage brand target and growth
• Engage in new company Initiative for brand growth activation .
• Develop internal communication flow and brand guldelines

Requirements :

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing/PR / retated field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business, brand, end marketing, preferabiy from the beauty Industry/retail /FMCG industry/ e-commerce
• Have knowledge and interest in skincare or beauty or Lifestyle industry
• Proven ability to develop, execute and evaluate brand strategy
• Strong communication, creativity, analitical, data-driven thinking and Interpersonal skill
• Experience in muftitasking and executing multiple projects at the same time
• Highly self-motivated, proactive and strong can-do-attitude
• Ability to work fast-paced and rapidiy changing environment
