1. Instrumentation and Controls Technician Maintenance
Dateline : 10 May 2023
- Melaksanakan kegiatan pemeliharaan Smelter dan Or PMR Instrument Preventif , meliputi kegiatan pemasangan dan modifikasi dalam rangka memenuhi target ketersediaan peralatan dan keandalan instrumen yang tinggi.
- Pemecahan masalah danperbaikan/pemulihan Peralatan Instrumentasi termasuk instrumen lapangan dan Perangkat Keras PLC serta jaringan Komunikasi Hart dan Profinet
- Melaksanakan tugas dengan cepat untuk mencapai target produksi dan tujuan pemeliharaan yang ditetapkan oleh perusahaan.
- Membantu merencanakan dan mengevaluasi jadwal pemeliharaan (PM, instalasi, pemeliharaan dan modifikasi), untuk memastikan kegiatan pemeliharaan instrumentasi dapat dilakukan secara efisien dan memenuhi tenggat waktu.
- Melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan oleh Pengawasan sesuai dengan kebutuhan usaha.
Persyaratan :
- Pendidikan dan pengalaman :
- STM SMA (vokasi) jurusan pengendalian proses instrumentasi atau Elektronik dengan pengalaman minimal 8 tahun dalam pengendalian proses instrumentasi.
- D3 dari listrik (arus rendah) dan atau elektronik dengan pengalaman minimal 6 tahun dalam pengendalian proses instrumentasi industri.
- S1 Electric (arus rendah) atau Elektronik dengan pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam pengendalian proses instrumentasi.
- Pengetahuan tentang pemrograman PLC Siemens S7 serta sistem komunikasi HART suatu keharusan.
- Diutamakan :

2. Foreman, Business Process Compliance & Improvement

The purpose of this position is :
- Supervise and centrally create and maintain external and internal materials policies, procedures and delivery mediums for easy customer and departmental employee access to ensure standardized operations in support of safe production targets.
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Maintain metrics dashboard for Supply Chain team that are relevant to Manyar and ensures it is kept up to date.
- Trains Supply Chain personnel on the operation of key systems used at site, including SAP, MaRIO, CAS, Business Objects, ORAS and Ariba to ensure their maximum utilization.
- Maintains issues log to report Supply Chain systems faults, defects and enhancements and reports them to the appropriate support teams to ensure accurate and timely manner of correction.
- Participates in Global Supply Chain (GSC) Business Process team initiatives and new system roll outs including UAT relevant to PTFI Manyar.
- Develop and maintain an electronic library of all internal and external materials management procedures and policies to ensure efficiency of operations through standardization of processes.
- Develop, implement and enforce a review schedule for all internal and external materials management procedures and policies to ensure all are current.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are translated and available in both Bahasa Indonesia and English to get widest exposure of policies and procedures.
- Develop standard formats for all departmental policies and procedures to create ease in access and understanding.
- Ensure all policies and procedures are available on the company website for all customers to access quickly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement innovative ways for easy access by both customers and materials personnel to make it easier to understand the correct way to follow current policies and procedures.
- Review all procedures and policies and make recommendations on adequacy to make them the most understandable and easy to use.
- Make recommendations on requirements for new policies and procedures when gaps are noticed to maximize coverage.
- Assist departmental sections in drafting new policies and procedures to reduce the workload and to let them focus more on core issues.
- Lead subordinates in following all company and departmental personnel, safety and environmental policies and procedures to create a safe and environmentally sound work atmosphere.
The key challenges in this position include :
- Ability to influence GSC Business Process team to include major systems requirements for Manyar into global common design of these platforms
- Maintaining tight system integration between PTFI Manyars SAP system and the Warehouse 3PL warehouse management system to ensure high transaction compliance and high inventory accuracy between the two systems.
- Ability to consistently and constantly survey departmental sections to insure a timely and accurate update and distribution of policy and procedural changes.
- Ability to create an information delivery method that is easy for users to access.
- Ability to discipline users to use available procedures and policies on the front end of whatever they do.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are :
- Minimum Education and Experience
- S1 Degree in Business or Systems Analysis or equivalent with 5 years experience in cataloging, warehousing, inventory control or materials purchasing.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) :
- Extensive knowledge of various materials qualities, types and relevant materials standards as well as physical identification of mining and mobile equipment related spares.
- Expert knowledge in operating procedure development.

3. Foreman, Geo Modelling Support & CAD
- Dateline : 9 May 2023
The key duties and responsibilities of this position are :
- Maintain and document current Vulcan Design Databases for key modeling products such as stratigraphy, intrusions, faults, etc.
- Organize all current computed block models generated and used by the Company using Public Area directories and the Spatial Data Server.
- Create 2-D plan maps and cross-sections based on 3-D information stored in the Vulcan Design Databases and triangulated models using Vulcan EnvisiCAD, AutoCAD, or other similar software packages.
- Convert modeling products between modeling, visualization software and GIS used by GeoEngineering & Environmental Division
- Assist development and implementation of GIS analysis tools for the system users and operators; develops GIS database models and templates including mineral management of unpatented claims, areas of interest and notices of location
- Provide regular reporting on day to day business activity and support timely report information to keep management informed of progress, problems, and proposed solutions on a regular basis for GOI exploration reporting and ensure all the product compliance with the GOI regulation.
- Design and prepare animated and still presentation materials in a variety of formats (PowerPoint files, motion picture files and posters) for communication external to our department using 3-D models and other spatial data as base materials.
The key challenges in this position include :
- Learning how to successfully maintain Vulcan (and other modeling & visualization) databases and solutions that match all the current triangulations and block models used by the company is exceptionally challenging (it’s never been done here) because the candidate will have to understand the workflow of all the modeling geologists, and then obtain and organize all their work into a comprehensive series of data sets with which all modelers can interface.
- Preparing 2-D products required by our clients using 3-D data requires mastery and intuitive understanding of multiple software packages coupled with the ability to work independently.
- Independently learn and understand the standard cartography in GOI Reporting.
The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are :
- Minimum Education and Experience
- S1 Degree in any technical field that requires intense use of spatial information preferably from Geographic Spatial.
- At least 3 years technical experience using spatial data as primary job assignment (2-D CAD, 3-D design, or GIS) in mining company.
Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters) :
- Competent in various spatial software packages (AutoCAD, ArcGIS, MapInfo, Vulcan, Minesight, Deswik, Leapfrog, etc), preferably “power user” in one or more package.
- Good knowledge for Safety, Health and Environment on Mining Industry.
- Having initiative to look at historical data to solve the problem, should have good in data archiving.
- Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision, but a maximum of interpersonal communication with modeling geologists and other technical experts from disciplines outside our department.
- Ability to supervise one or two draftsmen or contractor to support his duties.
- Translating document/report from/to English.
