Detail Function :

1. Graduate Trainee – Marketing & Business Development

• To handle brand or product (new or existing), which covers: Channel Development, Brand Content Creation, Partnership, Budget Management or KOL Management.

2. Graduate Trainee – Production & Engineering

• Identify manufacturing needs for new products in development
• Design new systems and processes and provide facilities & methods to ensure the cost-effective integration of new products or the improvement of existing ones into manufacturing operations
• Ensure all product and system requirements are taken into account from the initial product conception to the finished result
• Ensure product and process quality meets the specifications required

3. Graduate Trainee – Product Development – Beauty Care

• Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and contribute to the ideation phase of new product initiatives.
• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and competitive landscapes.
• Learn and apply product development methodologies, including prototyping, testing, and iteration.
• Work closely with senior product developers to create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Contribute to the design and development of new products, ensuring they meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Gain hands-on experience with various tools and technologies used in product development processes.

4. Graduate Trainee – Product Development – F&B

• Participate in a comprehensive training program focused on product development principles and practices.

• Sales operations is a set of business activities and processes that help a sales organization run effectively, efficiently and in support of business strategies and objectives. Sales operations may also be referred to as sales, sales support, or business operations.

6. Graduate Trainee – Environmental Sustainability

• Providing technical knowledge, guidance, data, support and advice in the area of environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, waste, recycling, climate change policies and initiatives, and public health.
• Preparing and providing annual reports and studies on the benefits and outcomes of sustainability programs.
• Developing marketing strategies to promote sustainability
• Coordinating with other professionals and/or government officials on policies and projects
