2. Geo Engineering – Officer, Division Admin & Support

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:
- Assist and responsible for division wide recruitment process, internship program, expatriate counterpart, oversee all the process from start to completion, and support end users in the process.
- Maintain the divisions manpower status, e.g. VAT and absenteeism, and provide periodical manpower reporting required by Geo Engineering management.

- Assist and responsible for contract administration under Geo Engineering division related with initial contract, extend process, amendment and contract closing in accordance with PTFI policy.
- Assist with the review and analysis of Contract under Geoengineering including coordinate with the PTFI Contract Department to ensure contractual commitments are executed smoothly in timely manner and in compliance with the executed contract.
- Actively facilitate, coordinate, and prepare value contract document with end user to determine the need in contract management, including contract financial, extension, scope of work, amendment, contract closing, manpower composition in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.

Accounts Receivables :
