1. Facility Management & Industrial Relations Assistant Manager

Job Description :

• Manage facilities utilization, operations and maintenance in business premises (e.g. maintenance records, security checks, office administration, cleaning, catering, waste management, etc.) in accordance to company policies and procedures, regulations and agreed service levels
• Develop and manage cost controls and process improvement activities related to facility management benchmarking industry trends
• Develop periodical facility inspection/assessment plans for business premises and assets (e.g. furniture, utilities, transport services, equipment, etc.)
• Representing company in term of legal dispute with employee to the third party (e.g. government, industrial courts, etc.)
• Build relationships with government agencies on building safety.
• Manage the processes related to certifications and permits with the government.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably in Legal or Law.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a managerial capacity and similar role.
• Communication skill and problem-solving mindset.
• Positive attitude, integrity and results oriented.

Job Description :

• Manages activities of receiving products in the best possible way, in terms of time, Costs, productivity and warehouse space.
• Leads activities of preparing orders and loading trucks, defining and respecting the scheduling of departures.
• Ensures the implementation of the FIFO system within the warehouse (Short shelf-life time product).
• Analyzes processes and problems, to suggest different solutions in order to achieve cost savings with higher levels of efficiency and effectiveness; ability to measure and manage productivity for each flow.
• Setting up stocks movement on the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) System.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field, preferably in Computer Science or Information Systems.
• At least 5 years of experience, with 3 years specifically as a Warehouse Finished Goods Manager.
• Prior experience in the FMCG Industry is essential.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in Warehouse Management System software (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics AX).
• Knowledge of supply chain and logistics systems.

Job Description

• Setting KPIs, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of results in line with assigned KPIs to agencies/vendors.
• Monitoring all Marketing Budget Requests for approval by Marketing/Sales Director until obtaining approval from the President Director, and regularly reporting to the Marketing Director.
• Regularly updating the marketing calendar according to approved activities.
• Maintaining good relationships with internal and external third parties for the successful implementation of all marketing activities.
