1. Coal Sourcing & Logistic 

• Carrying out updated coal market analysis, building good relationships with stakeholders, providing a list of mining recommendations/prospects that have been reviewed in accordance with SOP. Supervise coal purchasing activities and commercial negotiation. Supervise and ensure the smooth operation of coal supply in accordance with the supply schedule in the coal purchase contract. Monitor the quality of the coal that has been purchased.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years experience on Coal Sourcing in Coal Mining Industries.
• Preferable have good networking, commercial mindset, well informed on coal market update.
• Good analytical thinking.
• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Adaptable to changing requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

2. Shipper Representative 

• Ensure smooth and safe coal loading/discharge operations, minimize delays, prevent disputes on cargo documents, settle quickly to avoid claims, and protect shipper interests during loading.

Requirements :

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree from Marine, Port or Shipping Management.
• Minimum 2 years experiences in Marine Operation (on board vessel).
• Sound knowledge about the overall supply chain and shipping process and flow including tug and barge operation.
• Basic Safety Training Certificated, ISM Code Certificated, ISPS Code
• Certificated or relevant safety certification for Marine Operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.).
• Highly motivated and energized.
• Good communication in both written & spoken English.

3. Internal Audit 

• Prepare yearly audit plan using risk-based approach, conduct field work, review policies & procedures, analyze business processes, prepare audit reports, give recommendations for process improvement, conduct follow-up on audit findings, and monitor budget and expenditure for Internal Audit Division.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as an auditor.
• Good communication in English both written & spoken.
• Strong analytical skills & systematic thinking.
• Good planning, organizing, controlling, evaluating, and integrating problem solving and decision making.
• Knowledge of audit software is an advantage.
• Professional certification e.g CIA, CISA, CRMA etc. is an advantage.

4. Environment Compliance 

• Prepare department’s annual work plan, budget, and HSE for mining. Propose SOPs and ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Document environmental conditions and quality. Provide operational and environmental compliance reports. Implement Mining Safety, Health, and Environment Management System. Mitigate risks and prevent fatalities in the work area.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental Engineering or related field.
• Min 2 years experience on Environment in Coal Mining Industries and preferable have experience working on Mining Site
• Sound knowledge and understanding of AMDAL, Environmental Laws and Regulations.
• Good Knowledge of understanding ISO 14001 Implementation and Documentation.
• Good in Mine Environmental Management.
• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).

5. Safety Management & Supervisory 

• Plan, control, evaluate, and coordinate the Work Safety Management System including implementing it with contractors. Monitor, supervise, and audit safety work plans. Recommend safety tools in high-risk areas. Conduct safety investigations and inspections. Provide safety promotion and training. Ensure routine safety performance reporting and compliance with HSE Management System.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering or related field.
• Min 5 years experience on Safety Management & Supervisory in Coal Mining Industries and preferable have experience working on Mining Site.
• Have a valid POP Certificate.
• Good in Mine Environmental Management, Mine Safety Management, and Occupational Health Management.
• Effective communication skills in both written & spoken English to work within cross-functional teams and interact with stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc).
