1. Packaging Supervisor

Job Description :

• Supervise and manage the packing process to ensure products are packaged correctly and in accordance with quality standards.
• Ensure that the packing process runs efficiently and in accordance with the production schedule.
• Arrange work schedules and manage manpower allocation in the packing area.
• Monitor packaging quality and ensure that all products meet Food Safety specifications and standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and packaging audits to identify and address quality issues.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of packing equipment to ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety standards and operational procedures.
• Ensure the availability of necessary packaging materials and manage packaging inventory.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
• Experience at least 3-5 years’ in related position in FMCC industry.
• Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology. Food Safety, Packaging Material Control. Candy Technology, and others.
• Knowledge of occupational safety standards and industry regulatory compliance.

2. Processing Supervisor

Job Description :

• Supervise and manage the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with operational standards.
• Ensure that the production process runs according to established procedures and specifications.
• Supervise the maintenance and repair of production equipment to avoid downtime and ensure smooth operations.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Monitor and ensure product quality is in accordance with Food Safety standards.
• Conduct routine inspections and quality audits to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Lead and mentor the production team, provide training and support to improve skills and performance.
• Arrange work schedules and manage resource allocation to achieve production targets.
• Manage raw material and finished product inventory to ensure optimal availability.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations and standard operating procedures.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Technology or related field.
• Experience at least 3-5 years’ in related position in FMCG industry.
• Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology, Food Safety, Raw Material, Candy Technology, and others.

3. Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description :

• Conduct routine analysis of raw materials, production water, and product quality to identify any quality deviations and implement necessary corrective actions promptly.
• Prepare new or revised Check Sheet Procedures to be implemented in the field.
• Conduct routine analysis of packaging materials used in production and packaging coding to detect any quality deviations or non-compliance with OF, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations for improving existing systems to ensure continuous enhancement.
• Evaluate the performance of packaging suppliers based on the quality of the packaging delivered, providing input for selecting suppliers that meet the highest quality standards to ensure smooth production.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the FMCG industry.
• Possess basic knowledge of Food Technology, Food Safety, Raw Material/Packaging Material Control, Candy Technology, and others.
• Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, standards, and regulations.
• Experience with quality control tools and techniques, including statistical analysis and problem-solving.

4. Warehouse Finished Goods Supervisor

Job Description :

• Monitor and update the position report of 3 trucks regularly.
• Set truck loading targets per shift for all Warehouse Finished Goods (WHFG).
• Manage truck transfer targets of 6-8 trips per day, including daily reports for export and Material Transfer (MT).
• Oversee truck loading activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and procedures.
• Ensure loading activities meet the established targets.
• Conduct daily or shift-based stock opname for FDM-K. FDM-2K, and ADM records.
• Manage consistency between actual stock and system records.
• Oversee repacking of damaged products and repair of wooden pallets.
• Supervise the repair and maintenance of equipment such as forklifts and handlifts.
• Ensure control according to loading and maintain accuracy during product receipt and placement.
• Supervise and ensure control according to load requirements.
• Manage inventory control and perform repairs on equipment such as forklifts and handlifts.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, particularly with finished goods, in the FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping and receiving processes.
• In-depth knowledge of truck loading processes, stock control, and operational area cleaning.

5. Warehouse Raw Material – Packaging Material Supervisor

Job Description :

• Plan warehouse operations, from receiving goods to distributing them (supplying to processing & packing).
• Supervise and control technical operations in the RMPM warehouse.
• Ensure all warehouse SOPs are implemented properly.
• Ensure and oversee the entry and exit of goods, ensuring they are accompanied by complete supporting documents.
• Ensure stock levels match the system.
• Ensure all warehouse tasks are carried out according to established regulations and work instructions.
• Control and evaluate the performance of subordinates.
• Create daily work plans for the team.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and material handling.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
