1. Senior Technical Analyst IT Infrastructure & Service

• The role is required a deep understanding of IT Infrastructure hardware, software, security protocols, and separation processes to ensure efficient, secure, and seamless operation of the IT Infrastructure. Responsible to provide a comprehensive technical analysis to plan(strategy), design, implementing, managing, maintaining, transition, operation, and continual improvement in IT infrastructure and services within scope of facility and data center (DC/DR) services, network (wired/wireless/satellite) and telecom (fixed/mobile/satellite) services, hosting (on premise/cloud/ virtualization) services, and security services, in order to fulfill PT Vale Indonesia business requirements with highest level of availability, reliability, and visibility, including those specific to technology carveout situations resulting from mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role will collaborate with various internal, external, and global IT teams and stakeholders to support the overall IT strategy and business objectives, also needs to establish targets to achieve monthly and quarterly goals within annual milestones.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or any related field with more than 5 years experiences, preferably, in IT system integration with medium to high complexity. Preferably having experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) scenarios, technology carveout,and system separation.
• Having experience and currently holding a certification for one of the minimum network certifications in professional level or higher (CCNP any track such as Enterprise, Datacenter, Security, Wireless & Collaboration, Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert Enterprise (CCIE) are highly desirable).
• Familiar with SASE (Firewall, Proxy, ZTNA), SDWAN, ISE, VPN/DMVPN, BGP, EIGRP, STP,SDN, NFV, Physical & Logical Redundancy Configuration, Cloud Networking and Hybrid Cloud Environments.
• Certified and experienced for one of the minimum virtualization certifications in professional level or higher (VMware Certified Professional – VCP or Nutanix Certified Professional – NCP).
• Familiar with virtualization and data storage technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, Nutanix AHV, NetApp), Backup Technologies (Veeam or Veritas), O365 administration, domain controller (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS), SMTP, certificate authority, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experienced in implementation, analysis, monitoring, and development of network services, hosting services, and security services which include wired/wireless/satellite, data center, cybersecurity, voice, video, data management/storage, hyperconverged, cloud, Linux-based and Microsoft, or other forms of services in legacy and development according to technology in the market.
• ITILv4 certification, and have a good risk assessment, in regards of IT technical aspects, effort, resources, and cost. Ability to develop and implementing document contract, processes/procedures, functional specification etc. Customer/user/business oriented, detail oriented, passion to learn, explore new things related to system, problem solving, and think out of the box.
• Strong leadership, analyst, communication, and presentation skill.

2. Senior Process Engineer

• To conduct test, develop conceptual engineering design and detail process, and manage improvement projects that focus on pre/or-feasibility study that support increasing throughput, develop new process, process efficiency, sustainability for operation, environment, health & safety and cost reduction in PTVI by applying the best Process Engineering knowledge and others supporting discipline. To develop technical report of the project, test, review and monitoring for every process improvement project across the plant and also recommend the Process Engineering plans and provide input to Process Engineering budgets for the year based on the plans.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical, Material and Chemical Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience in Process Engineering.
• Experienced in optimize process existing facilities such as analyze equipment/unit operation performance to identify areas of potential cost reduction, process stabilization, efficiency, yield and safety improvement, development of conceptual basic & process flow diagrams, heat & mass balances, instrument diagrams, economic evaluation and in sizing and specification of equipment, risk assessment Job Safety Analysis, HAZID, HAZOP, pre-start-up safety review and safety/relief valve revalidation activity.
• Experienced in monitor and control the completion of various technical projects within project parameters e.g. Cost, timelines, quality, and functionality
• Effectively manage the consulting companies engaged to provide Process Engineering advice to ensure that the Company gets the best value for money and the appropriate functionality that is sought.
• Computer skills particularly of process simulation packages and in commercial software including databases, spreadsheets and word processing packages
