1. Senior Purchasing & Procurement Manager – Food & Beverage
Requirement :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management & Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Ability to negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing effectively.
- Proficiency in analyzing market trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics.
- Understanding of budgeting, cost management, and financial analysis.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Experience in leading and managing a team of procurement professionals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong skills in identifying problems and developing solutions.
Job Description :
- Maintaining inventory levels, rotation, and dating
- Identifying and selecting suppliers, negotiating contracts, and managing supplier relationships
- Ensuring quality standards and compliance with regulations
- Setting the budget for the following year, predicting price increases, and ensuring the department operates within budget
- Ensuring timely delivery of goods and communicating with Warehouse and Store management to ensure delivery timing
- Ensuring accurate administration of all invoices and adherence to proper bookkeeping procedures
- Communicating price and product availability issues to the F & B
2. Corporate Legal Sr. Staff
Job Description:
- Providing legal advice and service in drafting and reviewing legal documents with relevant business units.
- Review and evaluate existing company procedures & processes, and suggest changes where required.
- Analyzing current/new regulations and providing team direction and guidelines on compliance with the relevant regulations and standards.
- Advising on day-to-day legal matters of the company.
- In charge of regulatory reporting and compliance matters.
- Liaising with Company partner’s legal & compliance team to create compliant products.
- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant authorities and institutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in law.
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a legal & compliance officer, legal consultant, or similar position (preferred experience from legal consultant/agency/commerce/media company).
- Strong knowledge of industry processes and regulations.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and an analytical mind with exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Bahasa.
3. Purchasing Specialist (Handling for Marketing and General Affair materials) – Staff Level
Job Requirements :
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchasing field (handling for Marketing and GA materials)
- Good communication and negotiation, and vendor sourcing skills
- Proficiency in speaking and writing in English (preferred)
- Willing to be placed at HQ Landmark Pluit
- Able to join ASAP
Job Descriptions :
- Review purchase order requests from other departments and ensure stock availability.
- Conduct supplier sourcing.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers regarding pricing, quantity, delivery timelines, and payment terms.
- Oversee the entire purchasing process: from order placement, vendor search, creating purchase orders (PO), tracking shipments, to receiving goods.
- Responsible for assisting with all other department needs related to marketing materials, terminals, and general affairs (GA).
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers and other related parties regarding invoices, payments, and other work-related matters.
- Check delivery orders and the acceptance of items and goods.
- Create PGR (Product Goods Receipt) in the system.
- Monitor the installation of marketing materials and terminal equipment, and report any damages or discrepancies.
- Collect invoices and create payment instructions (PI) for vendor payments.
