1. Department Head, Customer Operations Support
Job Description :
- Conducting effective resource planning to maximize the productivity of resources (people, technology etc.) within the customer operations support department
- Developing detailed project plans to guide team of customer operations support and revising based on changing needs and requirements
- Identifying and assigning project tasks based on the skill sets, experience and strengths of team members
- Evaluating SOPs accordingly and monitoring the overall performance with key metrics (accuracy, call-waiting time etc.) of customer operations support department
- Maintaining knowledge management system and facilitates knowledge sharing across projects
- Responsible for identifying and leveraging cost-effective resources for project delivery within customer operations support department
- Prepare weekly/monthly/yearly reports for different departments or upper management
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum of 5 years or relevant experience as Project Management Office (PMO) or Data Analyst or Business Process Improvement at the call center industry or banking/financial technology
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills with knowledge of performance evaluation & customer service metrics
- Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English

2. Payment Operations Section Head
Job Description :
- Identifying the development or adjustment of payment information systems by referring to the bank’s business and product strategies
- Reviewing the Business Requirements Document (BRD) and Product Requirements Document (PRD) created by local product teams
- Collaborating with stakeholders related to new products
- Establishing standards and procedures related to operations within Payment Operations
- Evaluating and monitoring agent performance, providing training, and implementing corrective measures to enhance team productivity.
- Preparing and generating monthly reports for agents to support team performance evaluation
- Socializing and updating agents about the policies and performance standards applied and ensuring they understand and adhere to these guidelines to achieve team objectives
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in any major, preferably Accounting/ Management/Business Administration
- Min. 8 years relevant experience in banking industry
- Understand the regulations and business processes in the banking industry
- Excellent communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Having Risk Management certification related to finance.

3. Relationship Manager Funding
Job Description :
- Achieve growth targets of funding products and maintain customers’ portfolio
- Attract new clients & maintain a good relationship with existing clients
- Ensure all business relationships with customers are in accordance with applicable regulations and procedures
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree from any major
- 2+ years of working experience as Relationship Manager or relevant positions from Banking Industry focusing on funding products
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent sales skills and target-oriented
- Have a great networking and familiar with potential market
- Willing to be placed in SeaBank’s Jakarta Branch

5. Reconciliation Deposit
Job Description :
- Liaise with other business units to advise on accounting treatment for various campaign or Ad-Hoc accounting event
- Perform reconciliations on GL level for various digital banking transactions
- Identify and act on discrepancies found in the reconciliation process related units
- Take part in projects (including UAT) for new product development
- Propose fixes or enhancements to Digital Banking transaction reconciliation process
- Prepare adjusting journal entries necessary from reconciliation discrepancies, as well as monitoring the difference which have been outstanding
- Involve in month end closing including preparation of adjusting entries, fluctuation analysis, and group reporting
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance from a reputable university
- Experience working in banking/financial industry/Big 4 for 1-3 years
- Familiar with bank system infrastructure and business workflow, particularly in Deposit area
- Experience in handling project and UAT
- Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholder such as finance users, project manager and developer
- Good understanding on Bank’s processes and products

6. Financial Accounting & Control
Job Description :
- Daily reconciliation for Petty Cash including cash in vault, petty cash branches, and cash shortage
- Daily reconciliation for Cash in Banks, including follow up action plan from branches for any reconciling items
- Daily recon on Unclaimed Money, including gathering supporting from business unit for addition and settlement of unclaimed money
- Daily reconciliation for Suspense SKN
- Daily reconciliation for some digital banking transactions such as DANA, Altopay, and Digital Product
- Prepare invoices to third party based on user’s request, including journal entries upon invoice issuance and settlement
- Prepare monthly recap on VAT arising from digital transaction products
- Prepare monthly LBU Adjustments arising from respective reconciliations
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Accounting, Financial Reporting, and Reconciliation in the Banking Industry, Consulting or related industry
- Prior experience working in a Banking or Big 4 company for minimum 2 years of experience will be an advantage
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking
- Fluent in Bahasa and English
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

7. Treasury Business Finance
Job Description :
- Work closely with the Treasury Division in optimizing income from treasury assets
- Monitor daily liquidity, treasury holding position, and cash flow projection
- Review the Bank’s maturity profile and interest rate risk on a monthly basis
- Prepare presentation related to treasury performance
- Review ALCO deck
- Perform analysis of treasury performance, including valuation over treasury assets
- Responsible in forecast related to treasury assets
- Review and analyze the base lending rate submitted to OJK
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking from a reputable university
- Experience working in a reputable bank or Big 4 for minimum 3 years, preferably audit or banking industry with experience in treasury related the function
- Fast learner and ability to adapt
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Good understanding of treasury products, understanding of liquidity and market risk would be beneficial
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
