1. Management Trainee Human Resource

Responsibilities :

• Training and Development: Coordinating employee training programs and professional development initiatives
• Performance Management: Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems
• Policy Development: Developing and updating HR policies and procedures
• Employee Realations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment

Requirement :

• Bachelor’s degree from reputable University
• Strong interpersonal and communication skill
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations is a plus
• Previous HR experience or internships is a great plus
• Ability to work well in a team
• English is mandatory
• Willing to work in Head Office in Pangandaran, and willing to work out to all around in Indonesia (if needed)

2. Management Trainee Legal

Responsibilities :

• Working with the legal team on all issues related to legal, law, and regulations, including but no limited to internal and external stakeholders
• Producing legal product needed and/or requested by the company
• Act as an internal advisor for all staff related to legal matter
• Any other assignment needed by the company

Requirements :

• Diploma/bachelor’s degree of law from reputable university
• Minimal 1 years work experience
• Good skill in making ana analyzing company contracts
• Able to handle company documents and permits
• Good ability in handling legal issues, both civil and criminal
• Be mindful and have discretion with sensitive information
• Ability to communicate in written and spoken English
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

3. Finance Officer

Responsibilities :

• 1 year working experience – Open to freshgraduate
• Brevet A & B Certified
• Diploma/Bachelor Degree Accounting Major/Finance with GPA Minimum 3,5 from notable university
• Familiar with accounting and finance system
• Able to compile financial reports, budget control and tax reports
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skill
• Able to work individually or team work
• Worked well under pressure
• Creative and innovative
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia

Requirements :

• Updating daily cash positions and cash flows
• Prepare and execute cash management activities, including bank transfers, daily payments and cheque administration
• Manage bank accounts, including opening and closing accounts, updating signatories, and maintaining proper documentation
• Assist in the implementation of accounting policies and procedures
• Collaborate with other departements to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

4. Flight Operations Officer (FOO)

Requirements :

• Educational background majoring in aviation, aeronautical engineering or relatable
• Have a valid Flight Operation Officer (FOO) license
• Having a Dangerous Goods Type A license is an added value
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Understand flight regulations and procedures
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English well
• Willing to be placed throughout Indonesia
• Able to handle work under pressure

Responsibilities :

• Flight planning, including flight route, fuel, applicable regulations and flight permits, etc
• Supervision of weat her and flying conditions, including weather monitoring and updating information
• Communication and coordination with the Pilot and collaborating with Air Traffic Control (ATC)
• Monitoring flights, such as during real-time monitoring and being alert to handle emergency situations

5. Operation Control Center (OCC)

Requirements :

• Fresh Graduate are permissible or prefer to have 1-2 years of working experience in the related field are prerequisite requirements for this position
• Have an Aviation eductional background
• Must possess active FOO License
• Must have attended airline operations courses
• Comprehensive knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent verbal English and written English
• Great communication skills
• Multitasking and being able to work individually or in a team
• Worked well under pressure
• Willing to be placed in all around Indonesia
• Have knowledge of flight operations
