1. Management Trainee HR (Mandarin Speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • This position is designed for individual with no experience to those with up to two years of experience. Responsible for collecting and computing payroll data from sheets and other records (attendances, hours worked, overtime, unpaid leaves) and verifies them, wage computations in monthly payroll worksheets, finds discrepancies as well as detect and reconcile payroll

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in any major
  • Fresh graduate or maximum 2 year of work experience
  • Having a minimum GPA of 3.20 on a 4.00 scale
  • Having experience in both formal and informal organization
  • Have interest to work as payroll, learning & development, general affair
  • Possessing good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong knowledge labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices
  • Able to work under pressure and fast learner
  • Fluent in mandarin both oral and written
  • Able to speak mandarin is a plus
  • Willing to be place in Jepara – Central Java

2. Learning & Development (Mandarin Speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • This position is designed for individual with one year experience to those with up to two years of experience. Responsible for the talent development program of each manufacturing. Indonesia language learning program, including courseware development, course delivery, and effect follow-up, polishing and landing of the new employee induction training courseware and program in each manufacturing base (including middle management and Indonesia employees), collection, evaluation and publicity of the training results of each manufacturing base.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor Degree in any major
  • At least 1 year of experience working in learning and development, training, or related field in manufacturing
  • Have an experience with A to Z learning activities
  • Have an experience in creating learning structure
  • Detailed oriented with high accuracy in data entry and calculations
  • Able to work under pressure and fast learner
  • Fluent in Mandarin both oral and written
  • Willing to be place in Jepara – Central Java

3. PPIC Staff (Mandarin Speaker)

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Managing and ensuring the smooth operation of the production process. This includes calculating and overseeing the inventory of raw materials used for production, scheduling production activities, and coordinating between different departements to optimize efficiency and meet produciton targets

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Major, Management or related fields
  • Have experience minimum one year as PPIC in Shoe or garment Manufacturing
  • Capability for production planning, inventory control and data analysis of production
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for this role
  • Detail-oriented and outstanding problem-solving abilities
  • Continuous improvement mindset with a passion for learning and professional development
  • Capable of collaborative teamwork and adept at communicating with stakeholders across function
