1. Logistics Supervisor

Job Summary:

  • As a logistics supervisor at AirAsia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the import and export processes of aircraft spare parts through airfreight and sea freight shipments. Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations, and streamlining processes to ensure efficient logistic operations. Your expertise will contribute to maintaining the flow of essential components, supporting the aviation industry’s operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer and conduct all import and export processes for aircraft spare parts, overseeing deliveries and shipments via airfreight or sea freight.
  • Prepare the annual tender for Custom Brokerage and Freight Forwarding services, ensuring the optimal selection of service providers.
  • Perform internal and external audits to ensure adherence to regulations and oversee external agents like Freight Forwarders and Customs Brokers.
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with government regulations, industry standards, and internal policies for the import and export of aircraft spare parts.
  • Generate accurate reports and maintain documentation, ensuring timely submission.
  • Collaborate with the Tax department to facilitate tax exemption processes related to aircraft spare parts.
  • Develop, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures and work instructions for Export Import Procedures.
  • Liaise with Air Asia overseas, suppliers, and Freight Forwarders to manage export-import arrangements, shipment coordination, and compliance with procedures and regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth customs clearance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Diploma Degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated strong analytical skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of working experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in the aviation industry (supply chain/logistics) is advantageous, or exposure to Freight Forwarding, Supply Chain/Logistics, and Customs Brokerage.
  • Proficiency in understanding PLB (Bonded Zone) Customs processes.
  • Experience in Customs Audit procedures.
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Willingness to work in the Cengkareng area

2. Corporate Secretary Executive

Job Description :

  • Manage and maintain asset document administration at the CA custodian, conducting regular stocktaking and ensuring compliance with document expiry dates.
  • Act as the primary Administrator User of the e-Manual Application, overseeing its efficient utilization and providing guidance to users as needed.
  • Monitor and facilitate the timely distribution of incoming correspondence, including letters and emails, to the relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  • Assist in orchestrating the logistical aspects of the General Meeting of Shareholders, including procurement of necessary supplies, catering, and other support services.
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Secretary in drafting and preparing internal memos, outgoing correspondence, and standard legal documents such as power of attorney and statement letters.
  • Provide essential support to other departments by furnishing corporate data and information stored within the Corporate Affairs database.
  • Execute additional tasks and assignments delegated by superiors with efficiency and attention to detail, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field, with a strong academic background.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a Corporate Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role, preferably within a corporate environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant corporate laws and regulations, with the ability to interpret and apply them effectively in practice.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the capacity to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines under pressure.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal, coupled with exceptional interpersonal skills to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with the Contract Manager in creating and revising legal documents, particularly those related to contract agreements and projects.
  • Ensure timely submission of contractual reports and documentation to regulatory authorities, maintaining compliance with legal standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive research on contract laws and regulations to provide valuable insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Manage the company’s portfolio of contracts, ensuring validity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish effective communication channels with external legal entities, facilitating smooth coordination and resolution of contract-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Law is mandatory.
  • An advocate license is preferable.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in the field of law, with a background in a law firm, company, or a combination of both.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Capable of working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Job Description:

As a Legal Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our legal operations by assisting in various legal tasks and responsibilities. Your duties will include drafting and reviewing legal documents (excluding contracts), assisting in dispute resolution processes, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations, contributing to policy development, conducting legal research, preparing reports, and collaborating with internal teams. Additionally, you will assist in translation and proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy and adherence to legal standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft and review legal documents (excluding contracts).
  • Assist in resolving legal disputes and participate in settlement discussions.
