1. Central Services – Analyst, Electrical/Instrument QA/QC SIB

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Develop project QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans as well as procedures and follow up actions through programmed surveillance visits to the suppliers and sites, it shall include Controlling Documents, Acceptance Criteria, Nature/Extent of Inspection, Responsible Personnel, Verification Document, and Inspection Stage.
  • Perform field inspections quality control in order to collect required information related to QA/QC requirement in effective and efficient manner.
  • Responsible for the material inspection and reporting.
  • Perform QC testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and final product samples
  • Co-ordinate with the client and site construction team for Installation and Testing
  • Conduct regular inspection & audit of site documentation system.
  • Assist the Construction team in Electrical & Instrumentation installation.
  • To monitor the progress of projects.
  • Develop monitor issue list and punch list of the project according to the site progress.
  • Monitor and analyze assigned projects in accordance with QA/QC requirement to ensure those comply with quality standards and specification as required.
  • Establish and maintain Quality Documentation system related to QA/QC’s construction works to ensure all activities are documented as per standard.
  • Issuing NCR, Non-conformity shall be an issue in any major deviation to the specification and drawing to the construction and execution engineer.
  • Evaluate, review, and recommend to supervisor of documents maintenance and reporting system to ensure the completion and accuracy of data are maintained.
  • Identify and implement subordinates’ development needs to enhance their capabilities.
  • Guide, monitor, and control the implementation of safety standards and procedures within work area to minimize accident and property damage.

The key challenges in this position include:

  • Advance skill and knowledge with the latest work method and testing and inspection equipment technology related with Electrical & Instrumentation works.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree S1 major in Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 5 years working experience in plant infrastructure and or mining industry.
  • Diploma Degree (D3) major Electrical and/or Instrumentation Engineering with minimum 10 years’ experience as inspector or QA/QC in plant infrastructure and or mining industry.

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

  • Have good analytical thinking, customer service, and achievement orientation.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical and instrumentation works.
  • Familiar with ISO standard, and Indonesian and International Electrical Standards such as IEEE, NETA, NEC, IEC, PUIL, SNI, and other Electrical Industrial standard.
  • Preferably mastering in Autocad, Visio, and Microsoft Office.
  • Able to operate Electrical & Instrumentation testing equipment such as, Insulation Resistance tester, VLF tester, TTR, Winding Resistance tester, BDV, Bonding grounding Etc.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure in mining industry.

2. Central Services – Foreman, Corrosion #1

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Planning and scheduling of daily manpower activity (manpower line up)
  • Inspection of work area before, during, after construction activity. Ensure work area is safe and follow up unsafe condition.
  • Lead and direct all crew to do FRM meeting and ensure all crew do inspection area and filling E-FRM (CCC)
  • Do CCFV for all crew and follow up all unsafe condition or missing critical control if any.
  • Ensure all crew using proper PPE and other safety tools as required.
  • Ensure all crew using proper tools/equipment and all tools on site are well maintained and store properly.
  • Communicate with area owner or other parties if needed to solve field construction issues.
  • Identify all material required are available at field before execute construction work
  • Lead and direct all crew in emergency protocols.
  • Ensure all crew join / complete all mandatory training as schedule.
  • Conduct assessment for all subordinates, give feedback and make development plan as required.
  • Coordinate with other areas engineers and with safety supervisor to provide and approve safety aspects of special work permits for high-risk work (hot permit, excavation permit, overhead crane checklist, etc.) and also aspect of fatigue management to ensure that these activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Create daily construction report activity and update KPI as required.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • D3/S1 with 5 years of experiences in construction/supervisor. 
  • SMA/High school/STM with min 10 years experiences in construction work (welder/rigger/piping). 

Core Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Characters)

  • Understand technical drawing.
  • Safety, has ability to lead safety meeting, JSA review, Risk assessment, 
  • Able to communicate in Bahasa Indonesia verbal/written.

3. Central Services – Foreman, LL Construction Welding/Piping #2

The key duties and responsibilities of this position are:

  • Assist supervisor in the planning and scheduling of the manpower and material provision for construction to ensure that construction works accommodate all project requirement according to schedule and budgeted man-hours and meets company safety standards and procedures.
  • Supervise material utilization plan/requirements; including Material Take Offs (MTO) and schedule material delivery accordingly to ensure that material provision is in line with project schedule.
  • Execute and supervise monthly Key performance Indicators (KPIs) in all projects as set as target and guidelines for specific work completion to ensure the specific work completion targets are met.
  • Execute and supervise construction design drawings and its field construction work to make sure that the as-built construction is according to the design and that required by the client.
  • Report to supervisor any discrepancy between design drawings and field conditions that might lead to necessary changes in design, and to ensure proper field construction works are based proper design and to increase work productivity and prevent reworking.
  • Assist in the supervisory and control of construction work activities and prepare its periodic reports to make sure that all installations are in line with international standards and codes.
  • Coordinate safety measures such as analyzing all incoming work in their safety aspects to provide proper safety guidelines for construction work.
  • Coordinate with other areas engineers and with safety supervisor to provide and approve safety aspects of special work permits for high-risk work (hot permit, excavation permit, overhead crane checklist, etc.) and also aspect of fatigue management to ensure that these activities are conducted in accordance with company standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate Construction crew on appropriateness of crew’s knowledge and skill requirements to further improve their performance and responsibilities.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Minimum Education and Experience

  • Minimum high school or vocational school with a minimum of 10 years of field construction experience.
  • Or D3 Degree from relevant engineering, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background with minimum 5 years of field construction experience.
  • Or S1 Degree from relevant engineering, preferably with Mechanical Engineering background with minimum 2 years of field construction experience.

4. Purchasing – Foreman, Bulk Procurement Support

The key duties and responsibilities of this position

  • Responsible for Material Expediting for all Purchase Order for PTFI Papua mine site Bulk Commodities and coordinate with suppliers to obtain accurate and up-to-date information on order status, delivery dates, and any potential delays.
  • Responsible for PTFI Papua mine site Bulk Commodities Purchase Order (PO) Creation, PO Confirmation & PO Maintenance to in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets which has been determined by the company.
  • Responsible for proactively compiling and managing all of PTFI Papua mine site Bulk Commodities related with administration to follow with PTFI administration procedures.
  • Responsible for liaise with suppliers to resolve any issues related to material shortages, quality, or delivery delays and review for the transportation of materials between from suppliers to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics.
  • Responsible to research and regularly update for Global Commodity Price Index for PTFI Papua mine site Bulk Material.
  • Supporting the purchasing function and PTFI Papua mine site Operation Team and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations and to get accurate forecast from operation team.

The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering or a related field minimal 2 years of experience.
