Job Description :

• Write some story based on information on assigned topics to report the accurate and timely article
• Arrange interviews with the sources in a bid to gather information for article items and you will contribute pictures, video and text updates to mobile platforms consistently throughout the day
• Research relevant entertainment- relted topics by combining online sources and the information you get in interviews
• Implement the best SEO practices to ensure thet our content reaches a wide audience
• Rewrite and update ld content as necessary
• Upload and post content to our websiteand social media

Requirements :

• Candidate at least possess Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Journalism or other related studies
• At least has 1 year experience as a Writer, Reporter or equivalent fresh gradutes are welcome to apply
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with deadlines
• Extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry
• Excellent writting and storytelling skills
• Social media savvy

2. Producer

Job Description :

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop and refine project concepsts ensuring hey align with our artistic vision and objectives
• Work closely with writers to develop and polish scripts, providing creative input and feedback to enhance the story, dialogue and character development
• Collaborate with team to establish the visual style and aesthetic of the project
• Contribute ideas for set design, costumes, lighting and overall visual presentation to create a visually compelling experience
• Collaborate with the production team to establish and manage the creative budget

Requirements :

• Proven experience as Producr, or in a similar creative role for 2 years
• Bachelor Degree from any major
• Strong creative vision and ability to tanslate ideas into compelling visual and narrative concepsts
• In-depth knowledge of the production process, including script development casting and post-production
• Creative and innovative to be able direct TV programs

3. Master Control Room

Job Description :

• Monitor and control various systems, Equipment and processes within the control room
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of control room systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and identify and resolve any technical issues promptly
• Checking and ensuring the readiness of the material to be broadcast
• Running on air operations ad ensuring on air runs smoothly
• Coordinate with relevant department regarding to the changes that accur to the playlist that will be broadcast

Requirements :

• Candidate at least possess Bachelor’s Degree majoring in Broascasting/Communication or other related field
• At least has 1 year experience as a Master Control Room Officer in Media, Broadcasting industries
• Hasa basic knowledge of computer telecommunication and electronics
• Has good knowledge og audio and video signal processing would be value added
• Ability to work in a fast paced enviroment and under pressure with deadlines
• Able to communicate with English

4. Editor

Job Description :

• Take a brief to grasp production teams needs and specifications
• Reveiw shooting script and raw material to create a shoot decision list based on scenes value and contribution to cpuntinulity
• Trim footage segements and put together the seuence of the film
• Continuously discover and implement new editing tchnologies and indsurt’s best practices to maximize efficeincy
• Reviewig raw amterial to determine the shot list

Requirements :

• Candidate at least possess bachelor’s Degree majoring in Cinematography or related field
• At least has 1 year proven expereince as a Video Editor in Media, Digital Media Industries
• Solid experience with digital technology and editing software packages such as lightworks, Premiere, After Effects and Final Cut
• Has Good Knowledge of timing, motivation and countinuty
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure with deadlines
• Has acreative mind and story telling skills
