1. Strategic Planning & Perfomance Management Department Head

Key Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across all departments to get insights and alignment for the total business performance review system applied by KITB
  • Support Board of Director to develop key business diagnostics, annual operating plan orchestration and also long-range business planning
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders across all division and departments to get insights and alignment for the total business performance review.
  • Proactively work with the management team to develop and implement corporate strategies, designing long and short term plans that will lead to sustainable business growth at KITB.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives.Work closely with internal departments KITB to align strategic initiatives with corporate goals.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimun 3,00 on a scale of 4,00
  • Minimum 6 years experience in corporate finance or strategic planning roles, preferably in the industrial / property management industry or related sectors.
  • Maximal 40 years old
  • Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations, accounting standards, and corporate governance practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex financial concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial analysis into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Proven track record of driving results, managing projects, and influencing decision making

2. Operation Risk & Business Continuity Management Department Head

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the business can continue to operate during a crisis or disruption.
  • Identify and assess potential risks to business operations and provide alternative solutions to the board of directors.
  • Develop and implement strategies to minimize the impact of disruption to the business.
  • Establish procedures and protocols for responding to disruptions and provide socialization to KITB employees on business continuity procedures and protocols.
  • Conduct business continuity plan testing to ensure it is effective.
  • Coordinate and work with division heads to develop recovery plans for critical business functions.
  • Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and suppliers to ensure continuity of key services in KITB’s business operations
  • Monitor and report to superiors and directors on the effectiveness of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.

Qualifications :

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in all majors
  • Minimum 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Operation Risk and Business Continuity Management and 3 years at Managerial level
  • Maximal 40 years old
  • Experienced in implementing Business Continuity Management in a fast-paced company and managing risk in the Financial/Banking/lndustrial Estate Management is an added value.
  • Understanding of the RCSA (Risk and Control Self Assessment) process.
  • Strong analytics, logical reasoning, and problem solving.
  • Ability to work well in a team, managing several priorities in a quick time frame.
  • Good leadership ability to influence and collaborate at all levels of the organization.
  • Highly dedicated and results-oriented personality.
