1. Cpa Project & Improvement Supervisor

Job Requirements :

• Planning budget requirements in each annual work plan and evaluation of budget absorption.
• Supervise and evaluate vendors who carry out joint HTS, RFID, LED Display, Integrated Monitoring CCTV, Weighbridge and Dispatch installations.
• Responsible for procurement of project assets.
• Conducting infrastructure condition analysis, technical support for all hauling production lines and repairing infrastructure and other equipment so that they function optimally.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate maintenance, inspection and repair activities for RFID, LED, CCTV, Weighbridge and Dispatch infrastructure so that they function optimally.
• Conduct analysis and technical recommendations regarding the development of information technology and propose implementation according to the needs of the company.
• Create and report regularly on project activities, budget actualization, and achievement of performance targets

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering / Informatics Engineering / Mechatronics.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the same field.
• Proficient in low voltage.
• Strong programming skillls in languanges Phyton, Power Bi.
• Preferably master network system and Minitab.
• Having communication skills, cooperation, fast learning, and proactive.

2. Pit Control Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

• Able to conduct Short Term Mine Planning and Monitoring.
• Monitor Mining Sequence and directing Mining Activities carried out by contractors.
• Carry out assessments of Mining Activities in accordance with KPLH regulations and Good Mining Practice.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years experienced as Pit Control Engineer.
• Have knowledge about KPLH and Good Mining Practice.
• Certified POP.

3. Power Optimation & Energy Management Foreman

Job Responsibilities :

• Ensuring that sufficient electricity supply activities in all CPBL areas are effective and efficient so that all activities of storage (stockpiling), processing (crushing & blending), and loading of coal onto barges can run smoothly and according to the existing plan.
• Perform division of personnel tasks in generator operation
• To directing the operation and monitoring of generators
• To analyze generator needs and performances

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Minimun 2 years of experiences
• Have an ability to manage & maintenance generators
• Understand the Load Analysis, fuel and oil distribution
• Have knowledge about K3LH

4. Mine Survey & Dewatering Processing Supervisor

Job Responsibilities :

• To ensure all dewatering survey activities are carried out accordingly with the plan and targets to obtain volume measurement data mud sedimentation and the lastest/actual topography data. The data will be used as an analytical material and basis of decision making of mine dewatering supervision in mining operational activities.
• To identify problems and recommend solutions from survey data processing activities.
• To create periodical activity analysis reports

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineering
• Minimun 2 years of experiences
• Have an ability to manage survey data
• Understand the concepts of various measuring instruments and survey data processing
• Have a grip on bathymetry equipment and Bathymetric surveys activities
• Preferably have Frontline Operation Management (POP) certification
• Preferably Certified Juru Ukur Tambang
• Have knowledge about K3LH
