Maintenance Supervisor

  • Open Period: 09/27/2024 – 10/25/2024
  • Salary: IDR Rp480.337.891 /Per Year
  • Work Schedule: Full-time – • Full Time / 40 hours per week

Duties :

  • Serves as the principal authority and technical advisor on all facility operations, maintenance, repair and minor construction portfolio of U.S. government-owned, short term and long term leased properties. Manages and supervises the operation and maintenance program for all facilities to include developing budgets, producing assessment report and contact scopes of work for repair, improvement, or renovation projects.
  • Runs the Facility Management and Improvement Program and serves as the OBO liaison at post.  Leads the Facility section in the planning, development, and execution of required maintenance and repair projects including design, scope of work, bill of materials, etc.  Supervises a Maintenance Supervisor, Engineers, and Administrative staff, and indirectly supervises the maintenance staff.  Participates in the implementation of Department of State security regulations, procedures, and policies pertaining to the facility management program and the Facility section.

Qualifications and Evaluations

Requirements:

  • All selected candidates must be able to obtain and hold a: Public Trust / Background Investigation — security clearance.
  • All selected candidates will be subject to a background investigation and may be subject to a pre-employment medical exam.
  • Selected candidate must be able to begin working within a reasonable period of time [4 WEEKS / 1 MONTH] upon receipt of agency authorization and/or clearances/certifications or their candidacy may end.

Education Requirements:

EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, civil, facility management, or another engineering field.

Qualifications:

EXPERIENCE: Minimum five (5) years of experience within facilities management (including four years in building maintenance trades).  At least two years of experience as a facilities manager.

LANGUAGE: 

  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia writing/speaking/reading are required. This may be tested.
