2. Talent Acquisition Officer

Requirements :

  • Maximum 27 years old
  • Have a minimum Bachelor’s Degree of majoring Psychology from reputable University
  • Have at least 3-5 years of working experience as Talent Acquisition or in Recruitment field
  • Have an experience as Recruiter in Manufacturing company will be a plus point
  • Have a good knowledge about Psychological Test
  • Have a good Interview skill with Behavioral Event Interview technique
  • Have a good sourcing strategy for any position level
  • Have a good analytical and communication skill

3. Driver

Kualifikasi :
  • Usia Maksimal 27 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA

4. Account Payable Staff

Requirements :

  • Hold minimum a Bachelor degree from Finance or equivalent from reputable university
  • Have minimum 2 years of working experiences in Finance or as Account Payable Staff
  • Have a good knowledge in PSAK (Accounting)
  • Have a good knowledge in account payable
  • Have a good knowledge in accounting journal
  • Have a deep knowledge in Banking and Transactional Business

5. Supply Chain Management Customer Relation Supervisor – Sales Export

Requirements :

  • Minimum bachelor degree in any major from reputable University
  • Has minimum 5 years of working experience as SCM Customer Relation, preferably in Export Sales
  • Able to operate Ms. Office: Ms. Excel, Ms. Word & Ms. PPT
  • Good communication skill in English (both verbal and written)

6. Shipping Document Staff

Requirements :

  • Have the experience in handling shipping documents export at least for 1 year, preferably in an export oriented company (on the shipper-side/manufacturing company), or in the shipping line / freight forwarding company
  • Have the experience in liaising with shipping line / freight forwarding / trucking company in related to the preparation of export process
  • Having good understanding on export process and procedure i.e on general pre and post export procedure, or on specific ones i.e using L/C ( Letter of Credit ), filling-in Custom Export Declaration ( PEB – Pemberitahuan Export Barang ), understand how to use third party interface i.e such as INTTRA for booking arrangement, etc, preparation / revision documents for LPBC / KITE related on the export-side
  • Having a Degree (minimum Diploma) from related background (Transport Management is preferred) or with relevant work experience
  • Possess good command of English (i.e regularly handle email communications in English )
  • Focus, Detailed and Meticulous

7. Import Staff

Kualifikasi :

  • Usia Maksimal 30 Tahun
  • Pendidikan minimal S1 (Manajemen Transportasi/ jurusan terkait)
  • Pengalaman kerja minimal 2-3 tahun di bidang terkait
  • Pengalaman menangani Custom Clearance Import
  • Bersedia untuk melakukan pengiriman dokumen ke instansi terkait (mobile)

8. Network Administrator Assistant Manager

Requirements :

  • Hold minimum Bachelor’s degree (from any major)
  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience (automotive or ecommerce company will be a plus point)
  • Have a strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, boost search engine, digital ad, google analytic, etc.
