1. Key Account Executive
- Location : Jakarta
Your ‘day to day’:
- Plan, develop, implement and control all activities within designated Key Account to achieve volume & Market share as well as optimum availability & visibility of all brand HMS/PMI through Key accounts strategies
- Negotiate and develop trading term agreements for assigned Key Accounts in line with Sales, Marketing, and Legal direction and national key accounts strategies to ensure a strategic agreement
- Develop and execute Account Plan and Game Plan for prioritized accounts in order to ensure objectives support for overall Key Account business goal. Regularly evaluate performance of designated accounts to identify potencial opportunities and enhancing action plans for management review
- Build and manage relationship with key account clients to obtain leverage for mutual sales / profitabilit benefit, whilst adhering to HMS/PMI policies and procedure and maintaining a respectable image of HMS/PMI
- Planning and organizing PPOSM tailored to the investment strategy and KA’s platforms that can improve relationshionship, maintains Share of facing, growth selling out and superior Visibility in Modern Trade
Who we’re looking for:
- Have Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any major
- Have at least 2 years of experience in FMCG or experience in key account management
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written

2. Commercial Strategy & Development Executive
- Location : Jakarta
Your ‘day to day’
- Process & analyze and provide key input / recommendation to support ongoing strategy for Portfolio & Marketing Investments Channels based on various data source (Retail Aduit, Consumer Tracking, Sales Survey, Market Research and Budget)
- Generate actionable insight for better execution and optimum resource allocation.
- Develop and analyze current market condition to update Senior Management (President Director, Head of Operations, Head of Sales, Head of Marketing, Head of Planning and BD) in determining monthly pricing strategy for the whole portfolio
- Leading cycle projects: Focus Portfolio & Resource Allocation discussion by giving recommendation which brand & how much resources & channels to support in specific areas to provide analysis and recommendations to ensure alignment in the activities between each function to enhance the impact level of marketing investment.
- Actively analyze and develop effective and efficient way to enhance marketing business processes and ensure company’s growth through i.e., but not limited to conducting semester discussion between brands and field team to ensure alignment in strategies between brands and zones
- Prepare all regular business update presentations to be reviewed and approved by direct supervisor

3. Supply Planning Specialist
- Location : Surabaya
Your ‘day to day’
- ‘The supply planning Specialist manages operational supply planning process within the agreed SOP framework and executes accordingly, to come to an optimal supply plan, both short and long term, in order to achieve integral inventory level in line with business objectives. Assuring on time and on quantity supplies to the market availability. On one hand control finished goods not having out of stock in the markets, on the other hand to ensure components/finished goods are not having excess and obsolescence.
Key Responsibility
- Manage the operational supply planning process to steer and control weekly and monthly supply execution process. Ensure product availability (execute weekly supply planning, order placement with EMS and priority setting). Identify & communicate availability issues; implement product allocation rules defined by supply planning lead. Act on backorders and request/execute airfreight as per approval; execute replenishment and safety stock strategy and update in system.
- Capacity Management in seeking of advice & decision with supply planning lead on critcal capacities, investments, costs on stock, reallocations of FG from different source. Control the execution of flexibility rules, critical capacity level decision and leadtime.
- Phase In/ Phase out Management. Follow NPI guideline/NPI monthly handover instruction for proper phase in / phase out. Propose phasing out volume to deplete materials and corodinate with MP on the agreed last time buy volume.
- Master data maintenance. Reponsible for master data completness and correctness in the planning system. Align and maintain lifecycle management parameters in systems.
- Control Operational execution excellence. Control the execution of the agreed shipment and inventory plans. Provide input and communicate the consolidated goods movement. Review and feedback to supply planning lead on mitigation actions when needed & status update. Identify inventory/obsolescene / slow moving /excess risk.
- Performance / KPI managment. Report & PDCA follow up on the deviation from target.
- Contribute to the supply chain improvement programs and change management process.
Who we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply chain management, business Administration or related field
- 2-3 years business experience in demand / supply management or SCM operations, preferably in electronic industry or consumer goods.
- Fluent English
- Engagement, able to operate in dynamic environment with high interaction levels
- Strong communication skills in international matrix setting.
- Good personal networking, persuasive, analytical, hands-on mentality, authority, stress resistant
- Adaptability to talk/manage different levels of audiences
- Excellent Microsoft office skills (i.e. advanced excel, power point..) and supply planning system knowledge “

4. Commercial Process Analyst
Location : Jakarta
Your ‘day to day’:
- Conducting a professional budget management and forecasting activities in accordance with the principles and procedures of finance, process, budgeting, and budget control.
- The position holder is responsible to perform excellent reporting and manage the day-to-day activities in preparation of the original budget, Rolling Forecast, monthly monitoring and reporting/analysis.
- Liase with the respective functions on any budget/cost analysis and monitoring relating matters, as well as performing submission of financial information and reports as required by PMI and local management.
- Propose improvements of the process, methods of work, tools/systems, and contribute to ensuring that they are continuously adapted to the business requirement.
- In charge in Excellent Process Control, assist audit process both for Internal and/or External Audit.
Who we’re looking for:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree from any discipline
- Have background in Finance/Economics would be beneficial
- 3+ years working experience in FMCG/Public Accountant
- Strong analytical skills, strategical thinking, and drive for results
- Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Able to operate Computer literacy (Ms. Office) especially Ms. Excel and Ms. PowerPoint, and accounting tools

5. Supervisor Process Infrastructure Area – Central Java
Your ‘day to day’
- Manage administration processes and procedures in area offices in line with policies in providing services and support to Sales, Marketing and Logistics operation.
- Maintaining customer data, managing sales proceeds & collection of account receivables, disbursement of expenses, bank reconciliation, credit control and compliance of company policies.
- Matching of accounts receivables against bank statement in a timely manner is critical to provide information to the sales team in order for a prompt follow-up action on default payments.
- Manage weekly cashflow of petty cash and monitoring disbursement process of expenses which include G&A, Sales, Marketing and Logistics operating expenses. Ensure physical amount of petty cash matches with the book.
- Budget planning and control for the respective area office, includes conducting periodic counts of Inventory, Fixed Assets and Low Value Assets.
- Provide insights and recommendations to various stakeholders regarding financial planning and process improvements.
Who we’re looking for :
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) from All Major (preferably in Finance or Accounting Major) with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1-2 years work experience in process improvements, auditing, FP&A, finance or accounting
- Good analytical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills
- Agile, Fast learner and able to work in minimum guidance and supervision
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written
- Able to operate Ms. Office, especially Ms. Excel (Advanced), SAP and Power BI
