1. HR Generalist

Responsibilities :

  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Create a recruitment plan and calendar according to operation and sales projections.
  • Arrange and conduct employee on-boarding process as well as the training & development.
  • Proficient knowledge in HR Administration task, recruitment plan and recruitment process ( compensation and benefit plans).
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
  • Collect and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
  • Evaluating employee performance and appraising their pay scale accordingly.
  • Identify training needs and assist the L&D function in aligning training programs with business objectives.
  • Strategic workforce planning: ensure the company’s workforce has the right size, shape, cost, and agility for the future.
  • Succession planning: select and develop key talent to ensure there are talents to fill in critical roles.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Economics (Human Resource Management/ Law), or related major.
  • Minimum 3 Years working experience.
  • Has experienced on Recruitment area / Compensation & Benefit / HR Business Partner.
  • Must be Able to speak Mandarin, good communication and English skill.
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skill.

2. HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Responsibilities :

  • Conducts weekly meetings with respective business units.
  • Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
  • Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers
  • Assists international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters.
  • Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
  • Participates in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follows up to ensure training objectives are met.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor degree in Psychology/ Economics (Human Resource Management/ Law), or related major.

3. Procurement Specialist

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for real estate transaction project of the company in Indonesia;
  • Have strong communication and influence, be able to fully understand the requirements;
  • Skillful of Excel data analysis and sensitivity to market information;
  • Professional ability to manage real estate brokers;
  • Have negotiation experience and skills in complex environments, and be able to lead the development and implementation of transaction strategies for key projects;
  • Strong PPT report writing ability

Requirements :

  • Education background: min. Bachelor’s Degree
  • Working experience: One year work experience in relevant procurement is preferred
  • Language Requirement (optional) Proficiency in both Chinese and English for work environment
  • Professional knowledge Real estate transaction experience in multinational companies is preferred
  • Excel data analysis
  • Chinese Writing and Speaking
  • PPT report writing
