1. IT and Smart Green Manager

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree from IT/S1 major, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or relevant major
  • Minimum 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experiences in Programming (multi language), Database, SDLC, Business View, Negotiation Skill, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Architecture
  • Maximal 40 years old

Expertise :

  • Strong leadership & interpersonal skills, excellent communication with experience in managing IT teams and a natural team player
  • Excellent understanding of current IT systems and their challenges and barriers
  • Having understanding and ability of develop IT infrastructure trends and technologies, including networks, databases, business applications,and development methodology
  • Having the ability to breakdown company objectives in accordance with a systematic workflow and measurable milestones
  • Having the ability to deal with emergencies
  • Good project management skills to validate estimates and carry out capacity planning

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT Department, including system administrators, network engineers, and support staff
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and provide feedback to team members to promote professional growth and development
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, storage, and hardware
  • Ensure the securityyreliability,and scalability of ITsystems and infrastructure, implementing best practices and industry standards
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and trends, making recommendations for technology upgrades or enhancements to support business objectives and KITB’s plan to become green & sustainable industrial estate
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technological advancements,and best practices, advising management on opportunities for innovation and improvement particularly in the scope of digitalization and green industry

2. Site Operation and Compliances Manager

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor Degree from Civil Engineering, Architect, Urban Planner, or relevant major
  • Minimum 3.00 on a scale of 4.00
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experiences in compliance & audit, facility management, or related roles within the industrial sector
  • Maximal 40 years old

Expertise :

  • Strong knowledge of environmental and urban design regulations (RTRW), permitting processes, and compliancerequirements
  • Having experience or exposure with industrial operations, processes, and technologies preferably in manufacturing or heavyindustry
  • Excellent communication,interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Have the ability to direct in accordance with a systematic workflow
  • Ability to work in a team

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of master planner, urban designer, civil engineers, architects, and environmental engineers.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, set goals, and providefeedback to team members to promote professional growth and development.
  • Maintainupdated database of master plan (UDGL), Estate Regulation, QJPP, and other relevant policies & regulations and perform regular knowledge sharing session to increase awareness
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Design Committee, regulatory agencies, government authorities, and community stakeholders regarding master plan (UDGL) related matters
  • Collaborate with Design Committee ona regular basis in ordere ensure the development of both industrial and commercial tenant’s is in compliancewith (UDGL), PPTI, Estate Regulation, RJPP, and other relevant policies & regulations
  • Conduct regular assessments and audits to identify deviation / non-compliance in both industrial & commercial tenant’s developmentnimprovement areas for operational optimization and cost-saving opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant government regulatory requirements, permits, and environmental standards.

3. Organization Development Officer

Persyaratan :

  • S1 Psikologi, Manajemen
  • Minimal IPK 3.00 dari 4.00
  • Diutamakan berpengalaman dalam pengembangan Organisasi, dengan pengalaman di kawasan industri atau perusahaan lainnya
  • Maksimal 35 tahun
  • Memahami seluruh spektrum program HC, Efektivitas Organisasi, Talent Acquisition Strategy, Talent Management, PerformanceManagement, dan Remunerasi.
  • Memiliki kemampuan dalam menerapkan inisiatif baru
  • Kemampuan komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang baik
  • Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi prioritas
