1. Accounting Staff

Responsibilities :

• Maintain and update accounting records and files
• Analyze budgets and create expense reports
• Examine tax policies and handle tax payments and returns
• Post transaction and categorize record in the general ledger (e.g by assets, liabilities and expanses)
• Reconcile bank statements
• conduct month-end and year-end closures
• Prepare documents for audits
• Apply new accounting policies and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
• Report to Manager and improve financial processess

Requirements :

• Male, 25 – 35 years old

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Accounting
• Proficient in Ms Office and English
• Highly skilled in deadline with financial, numeric data, bookkeeping

2. Chiller & HVAC Technician Leader

Responsibilities :

• Install, inspect, maintain, and repairair conditioner
• Make sure equipments operate efficiently & continuosly
• Perform regular maintenance work on cooling units
• Diagnose electrical & mechanical defects & malfunctions
• Instal, replace, repair equipment that has been damaged
• Make adjusment, do calibrations of thermostatic controls
• Make plans and designs of new air-conditioning systems including their installation and maintenance
• Coordinate with company’s contracted HVAC vendors
• Leading team and monitor progress

Requirements :

• Male, single, 24 – 30 years old
• Fully vaccinated against Covid-19
• Diploma (D3) of Refrigeration and Air Conditioning
• Minimum 2 years experience in leading team
• Strong leadership skill
• Strong knowledge of hazard and safety
• Able to perform preventive maintenance
• Able to work in hot and cold temperatures

3. Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Assist in departement’s daily operation
• Participate in long-term preventative maintenance projects
• Prepare process plans
• Decide on equipments, materials and subcontract sources
• Supervise installation and initial start up of equipment
• Perform and record machine tool capability studies
• Identify and debug for production problems as needed
• Modify processes to enhance operation productivity
• Assign, train, develop and supervise work
• Ensure accident estimates are prepares promptly and repairs are done timely

Requirements :

• Male, 25 – 35 years old

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electrical Engineering High Voltage
• Minimum 3 years of experience in engineering field as supervisor
• Expertise in hazards and safety, trafo, cubicle, SUDP, LV/MDP, Genset, preventative maintenance

4. Instrument & Control Supervisor

Responsibilities :

• Coordinates analysis, diagnosis, installation, repair, maintenance and the calibration of instrumentation and control equipment
• Coordinate maintenance activities with engineers, other departements and contractors
• Ensure that safety rules and procedures are followed
• Prepares Instrumentation & Control business plans
• Develop, review, and revise standard operating procedures
• Create, composes and edits technical and administrative correspondence, reports and documentation

Requirements :

• Male. 24 – 28 years old

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) of Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 year of exeperience
• Strong leadership skill
• Able to work under pressure

5. Process Engineer

Responsibilities :

• Develop, configure and optimize industrial processes
• Assess processes, take measurements and interpret data
• Design, run, test, and upgrade systems and process
• Develop best practices, routines and innovative solutions to improve production rates and quality of output
• Perform process simulations
• Manage cost and time constraints
• Perform risk assessments
• Provide process documentation and operating instructions

Requirements :

Responsibilities :

• Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees

• Check production output accourding to specifications
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements
