1. Fraud Analytics – Budgeting and Planning Shopeefood

Job Description :

  • Detect/identify fraudulent behaviors within the platform and formulate the most effective strategy to mitigate/prevent them
  • Deep-dive issues and define valuable & implementable action items to solve the issue
  • Create and monitor fraud metrics dashboard and report regularly to management by creating detailed decks of metrics trends, fraud cases, and fraud initiatives
  • Identify opportunities for automation and optimization for various BAU processes
  • Create, maintain, or enhance business processes/SOP to mitigate fraud
  • Proactively initiate ideas through collaborating with cross-functional teams (both local and multinational) to mitigate fraud.

Requirements :

  • Strong problem-solving skills, structured thinking, analytical skills, and enjoy working with numbers
  • Minimum 2 years of similar working experience, with analytical, statistical, and data modeling are preferable
  • Prior working experience in consultant or startup industries is strongly preferred
  • Curious to deep-dive anomaly or suspicious data and able to generate insights/findings from data to make data-driven decisions
  • SQL and spreadsheet proficiency is a must; R/Python programming language is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder management & communication skills (Fluent in ID and EN, both written and verbal)

2. Product Management Affiliate – Product Management

Job Description :

Feature Request Management

  • Develop a deep understanding of systems under the Marketing product group to effectively manage and support respective end-to-end processes and system requirements.
  • Communicate and work closely with operational stakeholders to identify critical pain points, analyze key business drivers, determine and formulate corresponding product plans, and define solution requirements.
  • Align and evaluate business requirements, feasibility, and the value of the feature requests to design the core functions and deliver a comprehensive Feature Request Form (FRF).
  • Strategize and prioritize product feature requests based on data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management.

Feature Usage Advisory

  • Review User Acceptance Test (UAT) scenarios and coordinate testing and live release.
  • Educate internal users on the new functionalities and drive operational implementation and adoption.
  • Follow up on issues/bugs investigation and resolution.
  • Provide advice and recommendations on how existing/upcoming features can be used to fulfill business objectives.
  • When relevant, operate campaigns-related products and features.

Feature Usage Monitoring

  • Take ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle by monitoring KPIs such as adoption, usage, traffic, etc.
  • Propose further improvements with subsequent iterations.

Feature Improvement Initiation

  • Initiate the collection of users’ pain points in collaboration with the CX team.
  • Research relevant features of local competitors and/or other markets.
  • Provide recommendations to address users’ pain points, improve operations, and enhance business metrics by synthesizing research findings and understanding of Shopee.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from any related major
  • 3+ years experience in a Product Management role. Domain knowledge in e-commerce, KOL management are highly desirable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills, proficient in English to facilitate cross-border communications and collaborations
  • Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
  • Good analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Strong ownership and team spirit

3. Affiliate Product Business Partner – Product Management

Job Description :

Feature Request Management:

  • Develop a deep understanding of systems under the Affiliate product group to manage and support respective end-to-end processes and system requirements feature improvement.
  • Gather affiliate product feature requests from different countries and work closely across countries’ stakeholders to identify critical pain points, and analyze key business drivers, and their request priority.
  • Strategize and prioritize product feature requests based on data-driven commercial analysis, development resource planning, and pipeline management to formulate quarterly product plans
  • Align quarterly product plans and ad hoc requests with the regional affiliate PM
  • Monitor feature requests and development pipelines and do regular cadence with local and regional teams, regarding feature request updates.

Feature Release Management

  • Review product design and solution, to make sure it will solve critical pain points or achieve predefined targeted indicators. Give necessary input to make product design more user-friendly and customer-centric.
  • Align product design with local product teams from all countries

Feature Usage Monitoring

  • Take ownership of features throughout the product lifecycle by monitoring KPIs such as adoption, usage, traffic, etc.
  • Propose further improvements with subsequent iterations.
  • Monitoring product issues and if necessary following up on issues/bugs to related PIC

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from any related major
  • 1-5 years experience in a Product Management role. Media agency background or KOL management or e-commerce is preferred
  • Excellent project management skills. Detail-oriented and organized. Be a resourceful and proactive problem-solver
  • Good at stakeholder management and able to influence decision-making
  • Excellent verbal and written communications and have good Power Point and Excel skills
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin (optional) to facilitate cross border discussions and collaborations with stakeholders from across the region

4. Forecasting, Planning and Analysis

Job Description :

  • Provide accurate and insightful financial analysis, forecasts, and reports to support strategic planning, budgeting, and performance evaluation of Shopee
  • Conduct and consolidate overall Shopee’s budget projection, including short-term and long-term, according to management direction.
  • Develop a performance tracking measure to ensure that cost is properly monitored.
  • Work closely with the finance team, management, and other stakeholders to analyze financial data, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial performance.
  • Prepare a periodic financial analysis report and presentation to the upper management.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets, financial modeling, forecasting, financial statement and variance analysis.
  • Knowledge of budgeting methodologies, cost allocation, and revenue recognition principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate financial insights and recommendations to non-financial audiences.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools such as Excel is a must and proficiency in SQL is a plus.

5. Product QA ShopeePay

Job Description :

  • Main role as Quality Assurance for ShopeePay
  • Responsible to Create test plan & case based on requirement, Do UAT & Live Test, Support post-live issues handling, and Support PM in operation of the assigned product
  • Carry test Manually, covering web and mobile using a black-box/grey-box and positive/negative testing methodology
  • Do risk management from when carrying the testing to make sure the impact to internal & external parties is well-acknowledged
  • Maintain the test environments and all related tools
  • Works closely with team from local and different countries.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree. Preferably in Computer Science or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 2 Years experience as Tester/QA. Preferably in E-Wallet/Payment/Fintech Industry/Futures
  • Decent communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesia
