1. Secretary

  • Based in Palembang LPG Plant – South Sumatera

Responsibilities :

  • Handling administration task in Office Plant
  • Assist Superiors to supporting administration process
  • Create and arrange meeting schedules according to needs
  • Communicate with other Departement to coordinate work (including coordinating with related parties)
  • Perform correspondence, filling document
  • Reporting work according to target
  • Perform other work to assist/suport the work of Plant Manager
  • Perform other related tasks, including handling short-term and long term projects development in the company

Requirements :

  • Male, maximum 30 years old
  • Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in All Major min GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 2 years experience as Secretary/Personal Assistant/Admin
  • Preferably domiciled in Palembang
  • Familiar and have handling administration document, administration schedule
  • Can operating Microsoft Office (Ms Word, Ms Excel, Ms PPT, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently, target orientation and detail
  • Good communication skill in verbal and written, English preferred
  • Good personality, honest, authoritative and have high morale, initiative
  • Having good interpersonal & negotiation skills, skills, discipline and able to work individually and in a team
  • Having positive values, such as Excellence, Perseverance, Integrity and Care

2. Organizational Development (OD) Officer

  • Based in Head Office – South Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Handling implementation of talent acquisition process
  • Handling implementation of people development program
  • Assist Superiors to supporting OD process
  • Develop organization chart and job description
  • Develop HROD policy/SOP
  • Develop & monitoring key performance indicator (KPI)
  • Communicate with others Department to coordinate OD Project
  • Perform OD administration & implementation
  • Conduct employee programs for the benefit of the employee and company
  • Conduct vision, mission and corporate values programs
  • Perform other related tasks, including handling short-term and long-term projects developed in the Company

Requirements :

  • Female/Male, maximum 35 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Psychology/ Industrial Engineering/Management minimum GPA 3.00
  • Minimum 4 years experiences as HROD/Talent Management
  • Preferably having experienced working in oil & gas/energy/manufacturing/mining
  • Familiar and have handling job design, talent management, IDP, HRIS, Policy/SOP, and employee matrix
  • Assist Superiors to implemented OD project
  • Can operating Microsoft Office (Ms. Word, Ms Excel, Ms PPT, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently, target orientation and detail
  • Good communication skill in verbal and written, English preferred
  • Having positive values, such as Excellence, Perseverance, Integrity and Care

3. Sr. Legal Counsel (Assistant Manager)

  • Based in Head Office – South Jakarta

Responsibilities :

  • Monitoring of permits and company reporting obligations (including coordinating with government agencies) such as LKPM BKPM, NIB melalui OSS, dll
  • Compiling and reviewing letters, documents and contracts including coordinating with legal consultants and notaries
  • Perform contract administration (including coordinating with related parties)
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal opinions for the benefit of the company
  • Perform other work to assist/support the work of the Legal Manager
  • Update on Laws and Regulations
  • Updating to the Management on all changes in Law & Regulation
  • Perform other related tasks, including handling short-term and long-term projects or case

Requirements :

  • Male/Female, maximum 39 years old
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Law minimum GPA 3.00
  • More than 5 years experiences similar level as Sr. Legal Counsel
  • Preferably having experienced working in a law firm
  • Familiar and have handling Legal Corporate issues
  • PERADI member (preferred)
  • Have handled construction projects or administer operational contracts
  • Experiences working in a public company (preferred)
  • Assist Superiors to supporting administration process issues
  • Report to Superiors related to legal case
  • Can operating Microsoft Office
  • Able to work independently and target orientation
  • Good communication skill in verbal and written
  • Having positive values, such as Excellence, Perseverance, Integrity and Care
