1. Quality Control Supervisor

Job Description :

• Checking the products produced, merchandise and piping installations that will be operationalized
• Coordinate and carry out checking and verification of raw materials to products produced, merchandise and piping installations that will be operationalized
• Coordinate and ensure water quality to meet plant requirements
• Checking the purity of all products and others in accordance with the provisions that have been set
• Analyze product non-conformance
• Verifying COA (Certificate Of Analysis) and COC (Certificate Of Confirmity)

Requirement :

• Bachelor of Pharmacist
• Have an active STRA and understand CPKB
• Have a minimum of 3 years work experience, especially in the cosmetic/ chemical industry
• Can use digital technologies such as G Suite, Web Browser and more
• Preferably proficient in operating Microsoft Excel / Open Office Calc

2. Human Capital Business Partner Staff

Task & Responsibility :

• Cooperating with external parties.
• Carry out a series of New Employee Orientation processes to ensure new employees know the company’s work processes and job descriptions that will be given to the employees concerned, to support the smooth running of the company’s business processes.
• Work with the assigned department leaders to build talent pipeline for their team, including manpower planning, identification and development of key talent, succession plans and implementation of relevant programs, initiatives to minimize talent risks and other relevant people metrics.
• Monitor and execute the administration of employee health insurance, employee movement (status changes in the system), COP process, HR reporting and facilitate performance appraisal process through HR system, including conduct socialization and follow through the process in the system.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

3. Sales Engineer

• Job Description :

  Develop a list of target customers (sales targets and new customers)

• Increase sales by considering the selling price, profit (EBIT) and smooth payment (DSO) with the approval of superiors
• Coordinate and carry out sales process activities starting from sales offers, installation of tanks/tubes/gas and others along with supporting facilities up to the realization of delivery (according to the approved offer)
• Coordinate and expand the business area, add customers, increase customers
• Coordinate and prepare price offers, projects, tenders approved by superiors
• Coordinate and update contract agreements with customers (contract period, price addendum, changes to customer data) in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Bachelor of Engineering

4. Cashier

Task & Responsibility :

• Record sales and payment transactions.
• Print purchase receipts and give to customers.
• Report the recording of transactions to superiors or other parties who need information.
• Checking the availability of merchandise (stock taking)
• Make cash payments and record existing expenses into the system PAS/SAP
• Ensure every expense that appears is in accordance with the budget
• Perform daily cash opname on all transactions

Requirements :

• Minimal Diploma in Accounting
• Mastering Ms. Excel

5. Sales Counter

Task & Responsbility :

• Responsible for receiving orders from customers :
  • Receive orders from customers (either by phone or email or via WA) according to the order agreement
• Ensuring and making deliveries according to the delivery schedule :
  • Deliver products to customers according to quantity and specifications agreed
  • Checking and coordinating with the filling stage regarding the amount of stock that is ready to be sold
• Administration :
  • Print the customer’s Sales Order (SO) as an attachment to the Invoice Note from Billing section
  • Inputting and printing the Bottle Collection Cover Letter (SPPB)
  • Close Sales Orders that are open or unused and not realized every end of the month
  • Carry out the process of recapitulating the Travel Letter sent in the time period which is determined

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, All Major
• Mastering in excel
• Have an interest in marketing

6. Manager Maintenance/Electrical

Job Description :

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and health and safety regulations

Requirement :

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Mechanical Engineering Energy Conservation are preferred)
• Proven experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role at least 7 years
• Understand Rotating equipment ( Centrifugal, Reciprocating and Screw Compressor)
• Mastering AutoCAD, Can read P&ID, Can read technical drawings and sizes
• Understand about the refrigeration system, the basics of alignment, the basics of manufacturing workshops (piping)
• Knowledge of health & safety practices and regulations
