1. MT Supply Chain Management

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major from a national or overseas university.
  • Open to fresh graduates or professionals with 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or related fields.
  • Passionate about FMCG, especially in beauty or the cosmetics industry.
  • Strong analytical, numerical, and strategic thinking skills with the ability to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • Familiar with sourcing and procurement processes, including supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong negotiation skills for supplier engagement and procurement.
