1. Registration Supervisor

Job Descriptions :

• Monitoring agents (Point of Sales/POS) registration process
• Coordinating with consolidator/sub-consolidator to review any issue and/or potential areas
• Coordinating with third parties to increase agent submissions
• Ensuring branding installation process runs according to standardization and SLA
• Creating accounts for new agents

Qualifications :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
• Experience in Telesasles or a similar position for at least 2 – 3 years

2. Social Media Specialist

Job Descriptions :

• Designing and implementing social media strategies that align with business goals and brand identities
• Executing engaging contents which represent the voice and the objective of our various social platforms
• Managing the editorial calender and creative development process by collaborating with our internal creative team consisting of designers (videos/photos) and external teams
• Seeking out influencers and actively engaging consumers to inspire and motivate them to share information and talk about the brand
• Managing social media messaging platforms such as Whatsapp groups and Telegram to communicate with relevant parties

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in handling social media
• Having strong data analytics, strong understanding of best practices acros all social media platforms
• Having strong ability in copywriting is a must
• Having experience handling social media’s communicty would be a plus

3. QA Lead

Job Description :

• Leading and mentoring QA team members to ensure quality tedting
• Working to build a quality-driven engineering culture that drives improvements and helps the product system
• Defining and managing test plans, including test cases, which will ensure acceptance criteria for each story are met
• Running all types of test, including API, UI, Integration, Performance, Sanity, Regression, as well as Automation Testing
• Driving & ensuring the quality of products/features and assessing its potential risk
• Reviewing the requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning, and coordinating the testing activities
• Leading the quality assurance efforts that align with product/project objectives
• Collaborating with the QA engineering team to maintain coverage areas and sucess rate automation
• Willing to learn and improve the testing process with new methods or new technology

Qualifications :

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Engineering/informatics
• Minimum 3 years working experience in QA
• Deep understanding about software QA methodologies, STLC, and QA processes
• Deep understanding of Mobile Testing, API Testing, Database. tes Case Management, and Agile methodology process
• Experience in managing test planning, test designing and test execution
• Good and strong at test analysis fundamentals and suggest the solutions from the user’s point of view
• Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders acros all levels of the organization
• Have creativity and initiatives to improve product coverage and effectiveness
• Familiarity with Automation and performance Test is a plus
