Job Description :
- Supervise & lead a team of First Mile in a day to day operation.
- Ensure Key Performance Indexes are met for relevant activities of the account/s.
- Follow up closely with customers on operations issues, discrepancies and damages.
- Supervise and ensure local orders, including documentation are delivered accurately and on time.
- Monitor operation productivities and drive cost control initiatives.
- Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices.
- Responsible for the inspection and routine maintenance of facility and equipment.
- Ensure general housekeeping & cleanliness.
