1. SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Civil Engineering or Business, or a related field
• Minimum 2 year as supply chain engineer in a similar industry
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
• Working experience of relevant software (e.g. SAP MM)
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages (speaking, reading and writing)
• In-depth knowledge of supply chain analytics and KPI measurement
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant
• Strong communication abilities and time management skilis

2. SOLAR PV HSE ENGINEERING

Responsibilities :

• Ensure that the HSE/OHS management system is established implemented and maintained according to the requirements of OHSAS 18001:2007
• Ensure increased awareness and knowledge of all employees and partners regarding HSE/K3
• Report the performance of the HSE/K3 management system to the Board of Directors for review and use as a basis for continuous improvement
• Communicate the HSE/K3 management system effectively within the company and external parties

Requirements :

• Electrical Engineering / (Environmental/Health/Safety) or relevant diciplines
• Minimun 2 year(s) of working experience
• Male with a maximum age of 30 years old
• AK3 Umum/Listrik Certificate
• Able for traveling and working at site
• ISO 14001 & OHSASI18001 Certificate
• Work at height Certificate
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Poweer Plant
• Proactive and detailed person

3. SOLAR PV BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Job Description  :

• Develop new businesses regarding solar PV system
• Prepare technical-commercial proposal by analyzing prospective customer’s requirement
• Present the proposal and business cases to customers
• Clarify and educate customers about the benefits and drawbacks of solar PV system

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’sDegree / Post Graduate Degree, Engineering or equivalent
• Renewable energy enthusiasts
• From reputable national/international universities with engineering background
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin languages (speaking, reading and writing)
• Comfortable in writing reports and proposals
• Willing to grow fast in renewable energy startups

4. DIGITAL MARKETING 

Job Description :

• Build, plan and implement the overal digitalmarketing strategy
• Build and support SEO strategies, including optimizing keywords in contenct marketing
• Implement strategy to increase conversion rates on website, social media and other channels
• Manage a budget and execute for social media activities & other ads cost
• Monitor, track, analyse and report on performance on social media platforms & digital sales through weekly and monthly reporting
• Responsible for ad hoc projects with other team members

Qualification :

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in marketing, advertising or related majors
• 1-2 years working experiences in B2B Digital Marketing & Sales are preferred
• Excellent knowledge and experience in online marketing tools, e-commerce website builder, social media ads and best practices
• Experience in HTML and CSS will be a plus
• Proficient in English and Indonesia, both oral and written

5. IT DEVELOPER

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree Master’s Degree, Information Technology, Information System or Computer Science
• Minimum 1 year experience in the same field, preferably in Solar PV company (Fresh graduate welcome to apply)
• Have knowledge and experience with programming language (.NET, Java) and database system (SQL Server, MySQL)
• Hand-on experience in programming Apps for Android & iOS

6. SOLAR PV ENGINEER

A. Design Engineering 

Job Description :

• Site survey and site assessment.
• Assist Project Manager to prepare project schedule, technical drawing, cashflow projection, and other necessary project requirements.
• Compile bill of materials referring to applicable engineering standards.

B. Project Execution 

Job Description :

• Assist Procurement Department in component purchasing
• Assist Project Manager to prepare necessary project documents and compile project reports.
• Assist Project Manager in project execution and quality control
• Monitor budget and project cashflow throughout project execution

C. O&M Activities 

Job Description :

• Plan and lead maintenance and service activities
• Record and report maintenance and service activities

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor’sDegree, Masters Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Male with a maximum age of 30 years old
• I-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably having knowledge of Solar Power Plant

7. SOLAR PV PROJECT CONTROLLER

Job Description :

• Leading and collaborating projects efficiently across function and departments
• Understand the root cause of issues, constructing a solution to eliminate issue and mitigate future risks, and implement and monitor performance
• Defining business requirements and high-level process/system solutions
• Managing and reporting timelines and deliverable.
• Communicating with a direct report on status, risks, and results.
• Driving the project towards completing, with a high sense of ownership and quality.
• Anticipating and escalating issues quickly and efficiently, as necessary to allow proper corrective action/ decision.

Qualification :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Masters Degree from Engineering, Industry or Management equivalent from reputable National/ International university
• At least 2 year(s) of working experience in project management
• Female with a maximum age of 27 years old
• Having experience handle end to end legal contract management
• An ideal candidate must be ambitious, Pro-active, collaborative. Grit and a positive – attitude are also required core competencies
