1. Mining supervisor

Reguirements:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) Mining Engineenng with minimum 4 years experiences in mining nickel & gold
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining eguipment capabilities and applications
• Willing to work at pit mining area with shift roster (day and night)
• Have strong leadership and communication skilis
• Excellent team player and good analytical thinking
• Good command in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibility :

• Responsible to implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a contmuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achreve the long term mune pian
• Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators. technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations mn the shift by shift BMP process using short term vanance
• Monitor and control mining production on an hourty basis including loading / unloading point to ensure smooth target achievement (both productivity and utilze unit)
• Identify the development and training needs of the mining foremen, Operators, technicians and unskilled personnel the mining operations
• Willing to be placed in all company site, Kalimantan

2. Production Engineer

Reguirements :

• Minimum bachelor degree in a Mining/Civil/Geology Engineering
• Minimum 2 years experiences as Mine Production Group Leader or Mining Foreman.
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining eguipment capabilities and applications
• Experience with drill/blastand dewatering activities an advantage
• Well-developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering and Reporting
• Holderof POP Certification

Responsibilities:

• Identifying hazards and risks during the operation phase of the work packages and implement all safety procedures, rules and regulations and statutory regulations in accordance with the Safety Management Plan
• Implement short term detailed mine execution plans at the position level using the BMP process and to provide the necessary production parameters needed by BMP on a continuous feedback basis to enable short term control to achieve the long term mine pian
• Supervise the performance of mining foremen, operators, technicians and unskilled personnel in the Mining operations in the shift by shift BMP process using short term variance

3. Mining Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Mining Engineering
• Minimum 2 (two) years experience in mining industry
• Familiar with mine planning and scheduling software (Minescape, Surpac, Datamine)
• Good analytical thinking and problem solving skill
• Good communication and coordination skill
• Fluent in English, both oral and written
• Willing to work flexible hours to meet project requirements
• Willing to be placed in all company site offices

Responsibility :

• Prepare detailed weekly plan referred to monthly plan and 3 MRP (three months rolling plan)
• Ensure short term mine plan applied in daily mine operations, regarding to Pit & Dump design and sequence targets, in order to achieve productivity unit targets
• Provide quick solutions on any operational problems on daily mine activities, aligned with current mine plan, in order to ensure productivity unit targets achievement
• Analyse and identify engineering problems in order to propose solutions and expedite actions regarding the client agreement where necessary, as a mediator to the client

4. Senior Geotech Engineer

Requirements :

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology or Engineering Geology or Engineering with specialization in Geotechnical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experiences in mining or related area
• Specialist on Coal Mining
• Required to work flexible hours to meet project deadlines
• Capable & competence using Slide software
• Fluent in English and Bahasa, both oral and written
• Willing to be placed in Site Project and travel to others as reuqested

Responsibility :

• Collect, validate and process all necessary geological information to interpolate and define the basic geological model used in mine planning or client negotiations
• Develop geological database, control variance, and updates model to assist accurate mine planning process
• Compile weekly and monthly report model and survey variance, analyze and recommend geological aspect for mine sequences and Operations
• Work with surveyors to monitor, calculate and control coal recovery measurement in order to develop database and coal mining operational applied to the procedure

5. Senior Mining Engineer

Requirements :

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in a mining related Engineering discipline
• Minimum 7 years experiences in mining industry, including at least 2 years in Mine Planning for mineral processing like gold and nickel
• Demonstrates good knowledge of Mining equipment capabillities and applications
• Experience with drill/blast and dewatering activities an advantage
• Well developed computer skills, including their application to Mine Engineering
• Ability to use Mine Planning and Scheduling software including practical application to mining operations

Responsibility :

• Evaluate and analyse hazards and risks during the planning phase of the work packages in order to minimise exposure to personnel and the environment: monitor the engineer in identify those processes
• Evaluate and analyse actual project performance related to mining activity cost and fuel cost in order to ensure project profit and loss achievement.
• Prepare detailed 3WRP (three week rolling plan) referred to monthly plan and 3MRP (three months rolling plan)
• Review Client plans and requests to ensure the requirements defined are incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the Project quality system are understood and implemented.
