Job Description :
- Handle all administration for cargo claims and other related projects associated with liability claims
- Evaluate claims as assigned, determine the best approach for resolution and execute this approach
- Ability to understand, manage and prioritize and re-prioritize with a sense of urgency
Requirement :
- Minimum bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.00 / 4.00
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, prefer 1 year experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving

2. Customer Service Staff
Job Description :
- Keeps customers informed daily and weekly by forwarding notices, shipment date and method, and current shipment status
- Coordinate & expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests
- Freight forwarding functions such as booking, issuing Delivery Orders, etc.
- Checking and confirming order status on pick-up and deliveries
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Experience in freight forwarder or shipping line as a customer service
- Multi tasking and able to work under pressure
- Active communication in group and willing to support each other
- Attention to detail and accuracy

3. E-Commerce Manager
Job Description :
- Become our ambassador in e-commerce exposure
- Plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with SPIL
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators
- Identify potential partnership from digital payment gateway and e channel opportunities
- Through market research develop forward-thinking, creative marketing strategies aimed at generating leads, growing sales, and driving revenue
- Conduct customer surveys
- Establish e-commerce platform with our IT department
Requirement :
- Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Proven experience as e-commerce, digital marketing or similar position
- Experience in Shipping / Logistic would be a plus
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills

4. Finance Accounting Staff
Job Description :
- Prepares consolidated internal and external financial statements by gathering and analyzing information from the general ledger system and from departments.
- Maintains and balances an automated consolidation system by inputting data; scheduling required jobs; verifying data.
- Prepares general ledger entries by maintaining records and files; reconciling accounts.
- Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

berat - Menyiapkan spare parts alat berat untuk maintenance
- Troubleshooting electrical
- Maintenance dan memperbaiki unit alat berat
- Membuat laporan kondisi alat berat ke atasan
- Menentukan kebutuhan spare part repair
Kualifikasi :
- Pendidikan minimal D4/S1 Teknik Permesinan Kapal/ Teknik Mesin
- IPK minimum 3.0 / 4.0
- Fresh graduate atau pengalaman

Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
- Melaksanakan administrasi kebijakan, prosedur, dan intruksi kerja HR.
- Melakukan dan mengawasi implementasi kebijakan, prosedur, dan intruksi kerja HR untuk seluruh unit bisnis organisasi yang telah disahkan

- Create training material, coach Subject Matter Experts to design and develop training materials to improve knowledge and skills in their function and site performance
- Apply different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions, coaching, or other tools
- Manage and develop MT program

Job Description :
- Estimate materials, time and labour costs
- Prepare, negotiate and analyze costs for tenders and contracts.
- Research, gather quotations, create reports, and monitor forecast plan
Requirement :
- Education S1 Civil Engineering
- Skilled in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, and BIM
- Proven experience in handling construction project from the feasibility stage of a project through to the completion
- Have experienced in cost control and EPC project
